The "Request a call from seller support" feature has a glitch and is not working!!!

Since no one from Amazon will help, you should know that your "request a call from seller support" has a glitch and after they ask you to enter the numbers "134" on your keypad, it says "please hang up and dial again" and the seller support contact page says your call has ended and you should request a new call if you need it. I DID THIS 3 TIMES and it doesn't work!!!!

I am living a NIGHTMARE because of amazon, who told me I successfully re-verified my account days ago, and now gives me a dashboard banner message saying I'm at risk of deactivation but won't tell me why! and my account health is at 100%! so what am I supposed to fix to keep my account from being suspended? No one from support will answer me in the forum, and the "request a call from seller support" isn't working!!!!! so I guess I'll just get my 8 year old account shut down for no reason. THANKS AMAZON!!!

I you look through, there have been MONTHS AND MONTHS of posts here about the "request a call from seller support" not working, and Amazon has done NOTHING about it.

6 day old post. Feature has not been fixed. No one from Amazon has replied. And you can find people complaining about this problem MONTHS ago. Amazon support is non-existent.
