Vendor Central blocking Seller item set up talked to you @accelerate
We have a VC account and an SC account as many do for the obvious reasons, pricing, global restrictions, etc. This has never been an issue until we got a new VM about 6 months ago then another new one within 2 months. Both claim they aren’t blocking Seller setup but they also want all the products we carry, many aren’t viable on VC, so won’t help, basically they pretend Seller doesn’t exist. Both accounts are brand registered, we have filed many tickets and no one seems to understand this issue. At this point when Amazon’s bot screws up a listing, which is almost daily, we can’t even fix it making for a huge sales dip on Seller, poor customer experience…anyway I talked to @Glenn_Amazon day one of accelerate. Tickets numbers include ID 15212459581 15993867161 16044147431

Thanks for providing your insight. I'm going to look into this further to see what options exist but in order to do so do you have a Vendor Support case on this issue so I can start from there and work backwards? Thank you for your details.
