Can I Deactivate the REPLACEMENT Option under Return Options to Improve my Elderly Customers Buying Experience?

I sell unique, size-related products to an elderly customer base. Despite recommending clean measurements for a perfect fit, many customers still order the wrong size. They often believe that the replacement option will provide them with the same item in a different size. Please note that to protect you from bad returns, you’ll be able to file for reimbursements via a SAFE-T Claim in cases where the condition of the original product is used or damaged by the buyer, or materially different from what was sent to the buyer.
