They often believe that the replacement option will provide them with the same item in a different size. However, they end up receiving the exact same item, which leads to frustration and disappointment. Is there a way to deactivate the replacement option on Amazon? Replacements for seller-fulfilled returns are automatically offered as part of the Prepaid return label program. Please note that to protect you from bad returns, you’ll be able to file for reimbursements via a SAFE-T Claim in cases where the condition of the original product is used or damaged by the buyer, or materially different from what was sent to the buyer.
