Professional selling plan fees

I reopened my Amazon shop after many years of it being closed. I went form individual selling plan to professional last Monday.
I paid the £30. No money has gone from my bank nor does it show in the reports. I can’t get an answer off Amazon either yet I’m still on the plan, but no sales yet either.
Frustrating not being able to contact them, they keep passing it onto another department then saying it’s answered when there is no answer

If you signed up for the professional plan and not charged you yet then they are likely to charge you in the coming days or at the next bill cycle when they charge other sellers.

One thing will be for sure they won’t have forgotten about it.

You can check that you are actually signed up for the professional plan by clicking on the cog at the top of the seller page and going to Account info. In the bottom right left hand corner it will tell you what plan you are on (instructions assume you are on a PC/Laptop not a phone)

As for sales it may take a while to regain these. If you have not used your account for a while you may no longer have the buy box until you have some sales and feedback again.
