Getting (2) negative rating without reviews
We just listed our product couple of weeks ago but we just received a (2) 1-star rating a week after the launch with no text review, no name, or any information. Highly suspicious as usage of the product needs to be at least 3-4 weeks for them to see results however we are left with these negative rating that's hurting the brand.

Supplements are the most competitive market on Amazon. It's very possible that this rating has been organized by a competitor, but you can do absolutely nothing about this.
An observation if you allow: you said you launched this product a couple of weeks ago (6-7 weeks as I see in your listing) and you already have 66 reviews? All 5 stars except of the ones you tell us? For justifying 66 reviews you need do have sold 3300 units, did you? If not, the AI will find this out without doubt and suspend your account for review manipulation. That doesn't have to happen tomorrow, it can take months if not years. Just think about it.
