Shipping Setting Automation Region States are NOT Correct
Today we received a Premium Two-Day Shipping order to Puerto Rico for a SKU listed with an Automated Shipping template assigned to it. We participate in Shipping Settings Automation, and Puerto Rico is NOT a Continental U.S. state. This prompted me to review the SSA template settings.
In reviewing the SSA settings, I see:
Standard Shipping region coverage: Continental US, Hawaii & Alaska, Puerto Rico (3 different regions) - this is as I expected
Two-Day Delivery & One Day Delivery region coverage: Continental US (1 region) - this is as I expected

If you are participating in Shipping Setting Automation rules, please check your region states.
The list of states Amazon displays in the Two Day Shipping Region, you will see that Hawaii and Puerto Rico are being included in Continental US.
Issue A) Hawaii & Puerto Rico are NOT part of the Continental U.S. region
Issue B) Hawaii is part of Alaska & Hawaii region and Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory. If Amazon wants to include ALL states, then why is only Hawaii included, but not Alaska?

The list of states Amazon displays in the One Day Shipping Region, you will see that Puerto Rico is being included in Continental US.
Issue A) Puerto Rico is NOT part of the Continental U.S. region
Issue B) Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory. If Amazon wants to include ALL states, then why is only Puerto Rico being included and NOT Alaska & Hawaii?

Is there a mod/moderator that can help escalate this internal error to the correct team?
I have a Case ID 15618407421 where I contacted Seller Support, but I spent over an hour only getting responses quoting from the Help Files. If these regions are being managed by Amazon, then the internal department that manages these settings need to look at their error and fix it.

Hi @Seller_dHZA3nWcZk4zm, if Amazon finds that some of the zip codes in a region cannot be delivered to on time, Amazon may remove that region from one-day or two-day delivery to protect the customer experience. However, as delivery speeds of shipping services improve, a standard shipping region may be upgraded to a one-day or two-day delivery region.
