Used DVDs
I became a seller a week or so ago so i could sell my used DVD collection of about 600 to 800 dvds but i am doing nothing but hit walls on here and im on the verge of just putting them all through my paper/disk shredder and saying to heck with them. i have tried more than once to get approved DVDs but i keep getting told NO but i cant find out why im being told NO and the people i talked to in help chat were of no help at all. They want invoices but when i went out and bought 5 dvds to get an invoice i was told no yet again with no explanation and I'm even more confused because i did what they wanted and got an invoice but there computer docu reader didn't like it yet again. Is there anything i can do or should i just cancel my seller account and drop all my disks in my shredder and say to heck with amazon. oh and i sold some on ebay and the fees was over 57% so im done with them.

Find other venues to sell your collectible media items.
Amazon is no longer a good place to sell used media.
Look at the bigger picture: Movie Studios and book publishers would rather charge their customers to look at their merchandise on a pay-per-view basis.
They want their users to no longer OWN their movies and books.
In case you have not noticed, Amazon is moving to being entirely run by BOTS, so no human is likely ever to consider your issue in selling older DVDs.
Try selling them as a group on eBay if they can not be sold profitably on an individual basis.

People who are actually in the business of selling used dvds have trouble getting allowed on Amazon; it's been this was for at least 5-6 years.
I doubt that you will ever be allowed to sell them here. On top of that, as pointed out, other places are actually better for you for selling them, without the restrictions (assuming, of course, that your dvds have any real value; the vast majority do not; something you noticed with your sales on eBay).

I'm sorry you have had such difficulties listing your products. In general Amazon has restrictions on products to ensure authenticity and if you do not have invoices it is difficult to list more high risk products. You can learn more about sourcing expectations via the Guidelines to source products to sell on Amazon help page. I understand that this is frustrating but Amazon will not be able to share the specific reasons you are or are not accepted to list a product. Thank you for your understanding.
