I Hired a virtual assistant for Brand Registry process and provided all the documents required, I also got the Verification code by Amazon for brand registry as I was the direct Brand Contact.
He successfully did brand Registry for my Brand and invited me as its Authorized Member on my Brand Registry portal.
I was the only Brand Administrator and Brand Rights owner on my brand. Now I wanted to get the role of Brand Representative to get complete access for my brand.
When I tried to do it through self service I got the following error
"Account not eligible right now"
'Your request to add your account ___________ to the selected brands is declined, since the merchant account is not eligible for brand registry. We reserve the right to decline requests where we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct.

I immediately Submitted the appeal. A few days later I got this email of rejection (Old Case ID 15810154791):
Why did this happen?
This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:
a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,
d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;
e) you have a selling account that is de-activated,
or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).
after a thorough research I checked all the reasons mentioned with a magnifying glass, and confirmed that I abided with all of them except option E) you have a selling account that is de-activated.
My Mexico and Canada Market Place accounts (which I never used) were Linked with an account that I did not recognize and were DEACTIVATED. I promptly tackled with the issue and after a detailed discussion with account health speacilist I provided all the relevant documents and Thank god my both accounts got Reinstated Yesterday 23/08/2024.
To cut short, Now I have tackled the issue E) you have a selling account that is de-activated) and successfully reactivated both my accounts.
As a result, I tried again to get the brand representative role but I am still getting the same error ("Account not eligible right now" submit an appeal).
Account health is 100% on all the accounts, I have fulfilled all other requirements of Amazon brand registry as per their and USPTO policies.
Can someone from the AMAZON Team look into this case for a Second Review, so I can take benefits of Brand registry for my Private label.
I can provide all the documents of my LLC on which my trademark is registered and also the verification code email that I got from Amazon when the VA was doing brand registry for me.
