RRP- an error message: The valuse specified is invalid.

After several months of selling of this product, and everything was fine, now we have an error message for RRP field. What could be wrong? this is just a number.

Why did it happen after several months?

We can't change it, the system doesn't accept any numbers, it doesn't accept the current sale price.

It looks like there is a technical error but support keeps sending links to their policies regarding RRP, which is completely irrelevant.

What to do?

Is it possible to connect to the technical team who can understand what is wrong?

Amazon have some sort of technical issue on some items regarding RRP, I have been in discussions with support for a week and there only solution is to delete the listing an relist it on the same SKU 24 hours later. They promise this will not affect our stock or sales but I do not trust this as they can not fix their own technical error so until it becomes mission critical I am not tackling it. I have emailed the MD but doubt that will help. So for your reference this is their response -

"Please Note : Deleting and relisting the product with the exact seller SKU will not affect your existing FBA inventory (if any), ASIN sales history, or reviews.

Also Note : The only resolution to remove the Error in RRP is to perform the Delete_Relist operation.

Once deleted your product listing, wait 24 hours, and then relist the product with the correct information.

I recognize that we are repeating ourselves but I want you to know that I did my best to provide you with the correct information based on our current policies. "
