amazon suspended two of my listings due to packaging/labelling issues
dear amazon admins/moderators, whomsoever is reading this:
a few days ago, two of our packages were returned by amazon as they were rejected by customers (probably fake COD orders that amazon is still not able to curb, which is a discussion for another day). i'm attaching pics of said packages, you can check the condition in which they were returned.
we filed safe-t claims, both of which were approved. but alas, amazon decided to play their dirty game by suspending these ASINs due to packing/labelling violations. however, i managed to activate these ASINs manually.
my question to amazon is plain and simple:
1. we have shipped over 1000 orders, not even one customer till date reported packaging issues. suddenly, the moment we filed safe-t claims, you guys suspend our ASINs stating packaging labelling issues. the email was simply a blanket email, which does not contain specific details of order IDs which caused packing/labelling violations.
2. your pickup agents collect orders from us and they ensure that the orders are well-packed. if it passes their visual inspection, why on earth would you claim the orders were not packed well?
amazon seriously needs to train your delivery partners on how to handle returns. we are not willing to suffer losses due to your inefficiency.
