Amazon seller support is absolutely dismal

Amazon seller support is terrible. They deactivated my account because I sell highly customized domino tables and depend on customer response and approval before I can process the order. Amazon will not provide the customer's phone number or email address and most of the time the Amazon phone interface number does not work, the customer does not answer or email box is not set up which on a $500 sale I hate to proceed without approval. 95% of my customers give me a 5 star rating. A few have learned if they wait until the day before the tracking number says the item will arrive they can cancel the order, keep the $500 item and Amazon refunds the money out of my account, and of course they refuse to return the item when it arrives. Amazon seller support will say they will call you back but the call drops as soon as you pickup the phone. They email but never resolve the issue but only give you a link to seller support which is a useless vicious cycle. Why is it impossible to just pick up a seller support phone, call, explain the issue and resolve it. I am done, moving my business to Etsy, Ebay and my website. No wonder Amazon is firing people and losing market share. There is ZERO SUPPORT FOR SELLERS.
