We received a retraction from the rights owner for the complaint below. but my asin still not on sale
I got this email, but my 2 asin are not back to sale. And there is no place to edit and save on the inventory page.
I consulted Amazon customer service and was told to contact an account specialist to resolve the issue and that emailing to file a complaint is not recommended as that is not the correct route. But I have not been able to get through on the phone.
Can anyone tell me what I should do now to get my 2 aisn on sale ?

What if my listing is still inactive?
Please complete the steps below if your offer is inactive:
1. In the Inventory section of Seller Central, select Manage Inventory (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/inventory/).
2. Search for the offer in question, or select Fix Stranded Inventory.
3. Click Edit on the right of the inactive offer.
4. Click "Save and finish".
Allow up to 10 to 15 minutes for the listing to be reinstated. If the ASIN or offer is not reinstated after completing the steps above, there may be additional reasons why these listings were deactivated.
Review and resolve any remaining issues by visiting your Account Health page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_reinstate), or you can select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. It is not immediate.
Be very thankful you received a retraction. That is the hard part.
Wait 24 hours. If your listing is still not active, follow their instructions.

Hello @Seller_IA5hb2jlelNGZ

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent activity that has occurred on the account. I understand that you did receive a retraction on the listings, but did not see them go back active as of yet. I know that it can be frustrating to not be able to move forward even though you have addressed the concern. I do want to provide support, but did want to clarify on how much time has gone by since you had the above messaging communicated.
As stated by @Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv, it can take up to 24 hours for a listing to be active once an issue has been resolved. If you are still observing the listing as being inactive, we encourage you to compile the details relating to the ASINs along with the retraction messaging for our team to review and take action on. Once you have this, please share the corresponding case ID so we may also review the situation.
If you have any other details or updates you would like to share, we encourage you to refer to this thread for continued support.
Best,
Atlas
