Overcharging of weight Handling Fee
Amazon Is over charging weight handling fee in Seller Flex and unexpectedly seller support is not ready to listen and accept their mistake
Product weight is 100 gms
Box Weight 60 gms dimensions 19.1 X 12.9 X 6.9
Upto 3 Units(means 300 gms) can be packed in 1 box
so 2 units weigh only 100+100+60 = 260 gms even if we add additional 100 gms as per the amazon policy then also it comes out to be 360 gms
But Amazon is charging as per 500-1000 gms slab

right now support service is worst .. open a case revert back daily basis they will fix it but late .. if you have account manager then talk to manager.

They are charging for dimension as they are multiplying dimensions.

game here is of volumetric weight. if you multiply dimensions and divide by 5000 it will be 340gms.
is they are taking slightly higher dimensions like 20*13*7.7 then it will be 400gms and they will add 100gms and product will be in 0.500-1kg slab.
Tell seller support team to take dimensions from fc team with photo and send them your.
You will need patience in this case as it takes minimum 1 month to solve very small issues like this
