Cannot Close NA Account
I set 'on vacation' for an older NA account after we started to ship cross border more profitably from our Global Account. Now I want to close the NA account permanently to keep from being charged monthly fees and keep only my Global Account active but can't. I re-activated the account, but every time I try to get help or click on a navigation link to see if I have listings still showing to delete them it tells me the account is inactive. When I click 'continue' it says the account has been re-activated. I've tried waiting the 15 (or more) minutes but nothing seems to work, it just loops back and forth from the message "your account is inactive" to "your account is now active". It's not asking for any verification, credit card or documents. I'm hoping an Amazon representative is reading this to give me direction on how to close our North American account without risking our Global account.
