Plan of action in appeal for sec 3 deactivation rejected... no guidance on what is needed to appeal again

After numerous appeals showing evidence that I didnt violate Amazon's IP policy when using a trademarked word as a descriptive, I finally submitted an appeal with POA.
Previously I was appealing with evidence that I was using a a dictionary term descriptively (showed several dictionary entries and how this was relevant to my product) and all supply chain documents ( I design and oversee production of this ASIN which is sold under my own brand- Amazon brand registered).
After 5 unsuccessful appeals, I was informed during my last call with account health that that the appeals were just not budging on my dispute and that I should just acknowledge the violation with a plan of action.
• POA was to not use the trademarked term at all going forward.
• Audit all existing listings and if any are using a trademarked word descriptively, have the catalogue team with seller support double confirm that the use adheres to policy.
• Continue to keep updated on amazon policies through seller university and reading all policy updates.
Despite submitting my POA with supply hain documents, this appeal was rejected again
The latest notice is attached. There isn’t any guidance on what I can provide to appeal again nor if this is an option at all.
Im not sure what else to submit here? Would I need to submit my original design files for my product to shown authenticity?
