international shipping settings

i ship mainly in the us from the us. but i do receive orders from Canada and Mexico. the international order are automatically are requiring me to ship DHL as the only shipping method. I cant see where to switch this to USPS. I checked in the shipping template and cannot find this setting. The closest DHL drop off is an hour drive from me and not worth shipping this way

If you are receiving orders from the Mexican or Canadian platform you may not use USPS.

Those buyers may not be charged any sort of import/customs duties or fees. Those fees must be prepaid by you -- this cannot be done with USPS.

If you don't want this, delete all listings -- both active and inactive -- from those platforms and put them on vacation.

You must also disable synchronization (BIL) to prevent new listings from being added there.

April gives good advice, but you might also be receiving orders from these countries on the .com site.

If that is the case, go to your shipping templates, and turn off shipments to those countries (or International altogether). Otherwise, people in other countries can still order from you on the US (.com) site.
