Account Verification
I have been trying to get my account verified since July and have been deactivated for over 2 months with our case being transferred for internal review from a specialist team and still no help. We have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years with our own brand and as we approach the busiest time of year can see no way of getting our account back on line.
At the moment it is stating that our address and business verification number are not the same as the ones entered in Seller Central, does anyone know where I can check these? Whenever I try and find them it brings me straight back to the Identity Information page where I started.

Why was your account deactivated in the first place ?
All your business info is in your Account Info (cog wheel top right). Some of the fields you may need to click on expand to see all the details, such as UTR etc.

Your business address on Amazon is different to the one on your website - could that cause the mismatch?

Going through this exact same thing right now. Account was pending verification Dec 23rd, Still waiting. Nothing back from the Specialist team either.

Yes, the support is terrible. I am in a very similar situation - the account was deactivated by mistake, but after a month of intensive "support" from the Account Health side it is still deactivated. I receive only abstract answers that my account "is verified by a skilled team".

Is there someone at the account managers position to raise the case with? I have the same problem, with a seller account with good sales history 5+ years, suddenly we are in the loop for last 2 weeks providing the documents with all required information without account being live
