Amazon Easy ship causes Negative reviews

I recently opened this account to sell goods through Amazon. According to Amazon's policy, new sellers are not allowed to self-ship products. The only option is to use Amazon Easy Ship. However, when I sent products to customers in accordance with Amazon's policy, Amazon Easy Ship mishandled the products and changed the contents of the package. I had already provided a 100% CLAIM amount, but there is still negative feedback that shows customers that I, the seller, sold those products in this condition, even though the fault lies with Amazon Easy Ship.

Feedback manager shows :

"Feedback manager is not helping, it shows message "We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log."

I have tried using the feedback manager repeatedly, but it has not been helpful in resolving this matter. Please tell me if there is someone or somewhere I can turn to for assistance in this regard. Why am I being punished for an issue that is not my fault? Where should I raise this query?

Yup same issue, I reached to top 100 and then their easy ship ***holes started stealing my product and replacing it with a cheap one.

Negative reviews started flowing. sales dropped to zero. Amazon is reluctant to fix this. They only care about their commission.

I fought continuously for two months with Amazon support, but they just want to waste your time and energy. There is no real solution to seller issues on Amazon.
