Its been 5 days since vacation mode is on and i am not able to turn it off

Its been 5 days since vacation mode is on and i am not able to turn it off.

can anyone know how to do so?

seller support not responding ( they are saying same sentence since 4 days that they are working on it ) .

i already create a seller forum about the issue and tag Adam and Noor but they also did not respond their.

seems like they never care about small business.
