Account suspension - section 3 fake products
Hi community, i received an Amazon account suspension notice claiming I placed fake orders to harm other sellers. I disputed many times, but Amazon kept on asking for additional information, and I don't know what other information to offer to prove I didnt place fake orders to harm other sellers.
Since April, there have been more than 20 hijackers listed under my account to sell counterfeit products. I had to perform test buys on each and every asin per every seller under my product in order to report listing violations to Amazon. In my dispute, I provided all my order IDs with the proof of all my test buys and photos of the counterfeit product received.
Amazon kept on asking for additional information, and I don't know what else to offer.
What should I do? Has anyone had a similar experience before?

For some reason they think that this is no problem. Even hijackers attack only ASINS of which they know that there is no big risk.
So, why does Amazon say that this is not YOUR Intellectual Property? Do you sell this product with your brand name? Do you have a patent?

Actions taken to intentionally harm another seller is against the Seller Code of Conduct. Based on what you have provided in the post, it seems as though Amazon believes this harmful behavior did indeed take place. If this is your scenario, you will need first explain what actions you took that incurred this violation, and then show how our intentions were not harmful. With this in mind, please consider the following:
- What information have you submitted in your appeals so far?
- What exactly took place that lead to the account deactivation regarding these fake orders?
- How could the actions you took be perceived as harmful? How were they not harmful?
- What messaging have you received regarding the resolution of the disputes you have submitted?
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
