Not availabe to apply to sell books

Hello, I am a new seller and attempt to sell books.

I know sellers need established history to sell some restricted books, but I can't establish a history if I can't sell any book.

Out of 124 books I searched, with a broad variety and broad brands, 123 of them didn't even show an option for me to apply to sell them. The only one that I can apply to sell immediately shows "Your account does not qualify" after requesting approval.

Does anyone know what's the reason, and what can I do?

I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

Thanks for the post and welcome to The Forums! We are excited to have you here.

To determine whether you are qualified to sell a product, you can check the individual listing information through your Seller Central account by following these steps:

  • In Seller Central, click the Inventory drop-down menu and select Add a Product.
  • Search for the product you want to sell.
  • In the search results, click the link Listing limitations apply to the right of the product.
  • If the Request Approval button appears, click the button to begin the application process. If the Request Approval button does not appear, we are not accepting applications to sell this product at this time.

There is also the New Seller group within the Seller Forums that provides a safe space for new Sellers to post any questions, interact with and learn from other Seller's threads, and meet and network with other new Sellers. If you haven’t already visited the group, you can access them by following the steps below:

• Top of your dashboard, click on Groups

• Under Discussion group, click on New Seller Community
