Has the RLG1 fulfillment center stopped receiving shipment?

Dear Amazon

I am reaching out for some advice from you, so as to solve the problem of shipment delay.

Our shipments have arrived at RLG1 fulfillment center on June 23rd, 2025. The staff has signed for the shipment and provided the carrier with 'proof of delivery'.

But the product units have not been received yet. We have created several cases to try and get in touch with the staff at the fulfillment center in hopes that we can push them to process the shipment as soon as possible. However, the staff concerned has never replied to us. From June 23rd to July 9th, more than half a month has passed. Our shipments are still in an unreceived state. The shipment status displayed in the Seller Center has shown an abnormal ‘In Transit’ status for an extended period of time (even though the shipment was delivered on June 23rd). This prevented the seller from initiating a ‘Shipment Discrepancy Investigation’.

Is it possible to have an internal investigation team that can contact us and assist us in investigating ‘shipment status anomalies’?

Best Regards

Thanks for reaching out about this situation, @Seller_QUTOBR7UB8W9D!

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.

That said, if you can please send me your shipment ID and case IDs for this shipment, I'd be happy to take a further look into that shipment to make sure everything's on the right track.

All the best,

Jameson
