Lost Buy Box because my product now sells in Walmart Stores for less than Amazon listing.... but doesn't include shipping.
I just created a case but wanted to get the ball rolling in the forums, just in case.... and wanted to vent a bit at this issue.
This is our #1 selling sku. It did over 250k in the past 12 months here on Amazon. The price is 9.99 and includes shipping.
Walmart just recently took our product in stores. It also sells on their .com side for the exact same price as Amazon. But, the problem is that Amazon is finding the in-store price of 7.82 and dinging me for it. Now, if I add shipping, the price becomes 14.81.... but Amazon seems to ignore that aspect.
I have over 3000 units in Amazon FBA... and Amazon taking away any buy box is like cutting off their nose to spite their face.
