My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to provide a few resources. Ultimately the process depends on what exactly the issue you are experiencing is; if your ASIN is being hijacked, in general, that means you are seeing someone else make changes to your brands ASIN. If you are seeing offers on an ASIN that you suspect are counterfeit or do not match the detail page, that is potentially a form of IP infringement. I did find that you had 4 accepted TM violations submitted through Report a Violation on Brand Registry. Please let me know if these addressed this concern or if you need further assistance.
