Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account
On June 11th,I had received this notification from Amazon:

Then I followed the email prompt and clicked the link, hoping to submit documents to prove my identity information. However, to my surprise, it only entered the account info page, and there was no button to submit documents or click to reactivate the account on this page. For this reason, I sought help from Amazon's customer service, but they were unable to help me solve this problem.
I contacted the account health support team through the yellow button in my account health, but the phone kept playing music and no one answered

Thank you for the information regarding what is occurring on the account as of now. I understand that when you select the begin verification, the link directs you to the account information and it does not have any information available.

I understand about the situation you are experiencing while trying to reactivate your account.
In this case, just to try some troubleshooting, please try the following:
- Check that you are NOT using Safari as your internet browser. Seller Central work properly with Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Clear the Cache and Cookies of your internet browser, this information might be causing that you don't get the complete form to load to complete the reactivation process.
If those steps don't work, don't worry. I have gathered the necessary details to escalate this to our internal team. Let me know if the steps above worked or not, however, please refrain from creating new cases about this situation as I am escalating it now to our team.

I have been using Firefox browser all along. I just cleared the cache and cookies, and then clicked on the verification link, but it still shows the same as before, without an entry point for submitting files.
