how to address fake orders

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to bring to your attention a situation involving two orders I received on Amazon India from the same customer, both for the same SKU. I successfully shipped one of the orders; however, the customer rejected that parcel upon delivery.

I plan to send the second order for the same product to this customer. Since both orders are cash on delivery (COD), I am concerned that this may be a potential case of a fake buyer.

I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide regarding this matter.

This is happening a lot with me ,customer is ordering 5 to 6 quantity and simply rejecting <especially during festive season ,this lead to out of stock of selling products ,and till time we got return back festive season got over left sellers with dead stock ,so i think this is purposefully done from someone ,but at the end i dent know how this type of philosophy benefits people .

Fake orders are placing by easyship, they are changed the product in Hub return packaging without sending to customer, made it customer returned, So they can charge extra money and make the loss of seller. Amazon has not any control over the logistic.
