Late Ship by date

My inventory handling time is of 1 day or 2 days, Even though I am a PRIME seller and use easy ship but we are receiving orders for 5 days late SHIP BY DATE. If we want to dispatch orders early then we cannot ship our orders early because AMAZON won't generate labels till the dispatch date. I want to advertise on AMAZON for my product but what is the benefit when I will not receive an order for the early SHIP BY DATE? We have inventory and we are ready to ship orders on time then Why AMAZON is doing this with our account? Because of this, we are getting fewer orders, If the buyer checks that he will receive delivery so late then why would he buy from us? It's a loss for our business. How our account will grow on AMAZON?
