I hope you can help with a pressing issue. My last five orders are stuck on "pending," causing delays and concern for my business.

Key points:

1. **Issue:** Recent orders stuck on "pending."

2. **Concerns:** Orders not progressing, impacting business operations.

I've tried:

- Checking Inventory.

- Verifying Payment Settings.

- Communicating with Customers.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Any insights or shared experiences would be invaluable. How can I resolve this?

You can't do anything about pending orders. You have to wait until they either go through or fall off (each pending order has 7 days to fix the payment issue and 3 chances, which equals 21 days).

Thanks for the post.

For FBA orders there are a few FC-specific reasons that may cause pending orders. Also Pending Orders can take anywhere from a few minutes to 21 days, or longer on some occasions.
