The buyer is mis-using and taking advantage of the previlage given by amazon to its buyers. The buyer has developed a practice of placing the order and then take return of the full amount and then return used qty or lesser qty by placing false return reasons. As per amazon policy, returns can only be placed in case of non delivery/partial delivery/wrong item delivered/torn or damaged parcel received, but here this particular buyer is changing names and address to make false claims. we are feeling harassed by this attitude as this is causing mental & financial loss to the seller. You are requested to kindly investigate this particular buyer and prevent us from any future fraud from this buyer.

have you mapped your listing in other seller’s listing then to avoid further loss kindly remove mapped listing because the seller might do fake orders and give you false review so that your business get affected.
Solution : if the listing is mapped then sent an email to that particular seller stating that you will remove the listing but kindly remove the false feedbacks and review.

I am seller and suffering Loss. If same thing persist, I amy leave seeling on Amazon.
In my case I amd Honest and sending New Tesla batteries, but buyer is retaining New Battery and return his own used/old Battrey/different make. Even after reproting or requesting Claim from Amazon, Claim is straight away denied.
Reasonn well known to Amazon. I donot understand to who is taking this decision.
My request to Amazon is that., No One in India is taking Battery Back, Once it is sold as it has warantty, there fore buyer can take to Service centre or any Dealer in their Area and show faulty battery. To Genuine case Company will definetely take action in favour of Genuine Buyer.
I request Amazon to remove Return option for Batteries, I still, will definetely help buyers to get their complaint resolved, also try to replace in case of any fault. I will never think to defame Amazon. But if this system of Amazon further continues for Harasing suppliers, I amy stop selling Batteries on Amazon and start selling those items on Return is not applicable.
I also wanted to inform Amazon that other online companies are not returning or doing refund to buyers so easily as Amazon is doing.

Please help me sir.

Yes Me to facing such issue, Recent days Amazon not looking to such suspicious buyer and denied claim for such return order. Seller got big headache from such orders and end up with huge loss.

When you have identified him as the same fake buyer, then send him empty box or some other unusable stuff in place of the original item. As every seller has to fulfill each & every orders received at Amazon, then there is no way to cancel it. Only option is to send the wrong item. In this case only shipping fee will be in loss. There are plenty of fake & fraud buyers & they are misusing the customer friendly policy of Amazon. One more thing you can do. Opt out from Easy Ship service & send order by only Self Ship. You can choose Delhivery as courier partner. They are cheaper & faster than ATS & take pickup directly from your place. Then only prepaid orders will be executed. In general prepaid buyers are found to be genuine. In this case you may get some less orders but whatever you receive are genuine.

we are also facing the same issue. After Confirm Delivery to the Buyer Amazon issuing refund. Buyer gives reason order not received . even after refund Amazon is not picking up the item. meaning buyer get both item as well 100 % refund.
Customer care only suggest us to File SAFE-T Claim which is completely loss to the seller
but Amazon will not take any action as it is customer friendly

Sometimes it’s hard to identify fake customers and unable to claim. Amazon should prevent these kind of customer to order product. Verification of customer, customer return item should be checked by Amazon when deliver order and pick up to product.
