Trademarked Business name misused by other sellers.
Our Brand "Nerd Arena" is Trademarked and two sellers on Amazon India are using our name on Amazon India.
My request is to take action against these two sellers immediately and get our Brand Name removed or we will have no choice but to take legal action as this is a clear infringement of our trademarks. Trademark documents can be provided upon request.
