What is the purpose of proof of delievery by UPS (Amazon partner) if ...
So we have shipped 30 units in three boxes strapped together, UPS proof of delivery has our package weight, dimensions, proving that we shipped 30 units not 03 units, we also provided our supplier invoice, now Amazon says that it only received 03 units which I guess is because Amazon didn't open those three boxes and we had pending fba orders for this asin, so Amazon also shipped them, guess customers will receive more thn they intended to buy.
The point of this post is, what purpose does proof of delivery serves if Amazon won't accept its objective proof/evidence proving that Amazon received 30 units not 03 units ? How else can we prove it to Amazon given that we have no access to Amazon warehouse ? How can we objectively prove it to Amazon other than providing proof of delivery and proof of ownership ???
We never faced such issue before, first time Amazon is doing this to us.
We are small business, its $800 worth on inventory gone just like that, we can't afford this please, Amazon.

Anyone at Amazon who can solve our problem pls ?

First of all - last time I checked, Amazon does not allow boxes strapped together. So you'll want to come up with a different solution in the future.
How were your boxes labeled? What was on the outside? Any scannable barcodes?

Proof of delivery and proof of ownership are two key components of reconciling shipment issues. You will want to make sure that both meet the following criteria:
- Proof of inventory ownership: Proof of inventory ownership will help identify any potential discrepancies that may have occurred. Examples of acceptable documents include an invoice from a supplier, receipt from another seller, or signed packing slip if you are a manufacturer. The following information must be provided: Date of purchase; Product names matching the missing products; Quantity
- Proof of delivery: For LTL or FTL shipments, a bill of lading showing the number of boxes in the shipment and the total weight when it was picked up by the carrier. The document must be stamped by Amazon confirming that the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center. Your carrier should have a copy of this document. This information helps verify that the entire shipment was picked up and shipped as expected.
Additionally, on the link I shared there's a section titled "Provide additional information" that I recommend reading. Let me know if you're still experiencing issues with this!
