OTC General certificate of Conformity

I made a listing of Walmart Brand IBuprofen. Now Amazon blocked the listing and asking for

Test Reports, General Certificate of Conformity. I have been calling Walmart. and they did give me a product analysis test report but was rejected by Amazon asking for Test reports and a General Certificate of Conformity ( GCC ). I asked Walmart and they are very confused as no one has ever asked for this GCC before.

There are a ton of listings with supermarket brands and OTC painkillers on Amazon. How did they receive all the certificates? I contacted FDA and they said that to acquire this Certificate you need to get a test done and which is about $30,000.

Walmart provided me with SDS and Ibuprofen Analysis Report, but they did not give the Product Packaging Report.

If anyone has answers please reply here.

Thank you in Advance

-Amy

Doesn't matter how everyone else did it. You are selling a branded (Walmart) item on Amazon. Do you have Walmart's authorization to do so? This is your account, so you need to worry only about your account and listings. Can you provide an invoice if asked for one (not a receipt)? These issues will close your account.

Hi @Seller_51ZDmMKg2DnLV, this help page describes in detail what is needed for a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC). Additionally, in case you are requested to provide documentation relating to IP, here is a help page that details Letters of Authorization!
