Seller Fulfilled Order Deactivated - Drop shipping
Hey guys,
My seller fulfilled orders that were deactivated due to section 2 of deactivation on Amazon. I get products from Sam's Club in bulk and then keep those products stocked. However, I removed the Sam's Club label from the package and then shipped it out. However, the product I was selling was too big for a normal USPS box, thus in this case I had to buy retail store boxes from Lowes to deliver on time. My labels were bought from a third-party company ( Not USPS) but I still have all the tracking information. Some packages were picked up but not scanned, and on the time stamps of tracking, my address doesn't show up. It only shows delivered to the customer's address. I did not use a third-party shipping company. I packaged and labeled all my packages. However, I have used the wrong boxes. I have stated that in my appeal but it's declined.
What should I do?

First, you can't sell Sams club items on Amazon. Second, you need valid invoices, Sams gives you receipts. Third, you need to ship your own items (drop shipping has very specific rules).
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
Very confusing.
PARAGRAPHS are your friend.
Is your ACCOUNT suspended or just certain ASINs?
@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is correct about Sam's Club. Even if the cause was not 'dropshipping' you WILL get suspended for IP violations. NO proof of authenticity with a RECEIPT from Sam's, Costco, Walmart, etc.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Your Amazon.com seller account has been placed under temporary review in accordance with our Drop Shipping policy. While under review, your seller-fulfilled offers will be deactivated and your listings will be removed. The review period should not exceed 30 days, but we will inform you if additional time is required. While your account is under review, funds will remain in your account, but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period in accordance with section 2 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G1791
For more information, please review the Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/help.html?itemID=9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6
You may still accept Amazon-fulfilled orders. To learn how to change your seller-fulfilled offers to Fulfilled by Amazon, go to "Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)":
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/53921
Once we confirm fulfillment of orders are in compliance with our Drop Shipping policy, your funds will be disbursed according to their usual schedule. If you have outstanding un-shipped or open orders during this time, please continue fulfilling these.
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because we found that you have violated our Drop Shipping policy:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410
Drop shipping, or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the buyer that you are the seller of record. When a customer sees packaging and invoices or receipts identifying a seller that is neither you nor Amazon, they may be confused about how their order is being fulfilled and who they should contact with any problems or questions.
Repeated violations of the Drop Shipping policy will result in a restriction of your abilities to list seller-fulfilled offers on Amazon.com. Additional violations of the Business Solutions Agreement and seller policies may result in greater restrictions on your ability to sell goods in the Amazon store.
If you have questions about this review or the information requested above, refer to the Amazon policy for selling account reviews for seller-fulfilled orders:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G200320980
Have your seller-fulfilled offers been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, submit an explanation by clicking the “Submit appeal” button on the banner at the top of your Account Health page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap
Your explanation should include evidence or examples that demonstrate your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy. This may include:
-- Evidence of inventory to support your sales. This should include invoices or receipts from your supplier. When sending this documentation, note the following:
1. The documents must reflect your sales volume over the last 30 days.
2. You must include the business details for your supplier, including the business name, business phone number, business address, and website. We may contact your supplier to verify the documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier’s information.
3. You can remove the pricing information from the documents, but the rest of the document must be visible.
4. You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
5. Evidence that you are an authorized retailer or supplier for your listings.
6. If you have employed a third-party drop-shipping service, provide evidence of this agreement and authorization for access to your account.
7. If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.
8. If you use multiple warehouses to distribute your products, provide the details of those warehouses.
What happens if I do not send the requested information on the Account Health page?
We will continue to review your account over the next 30 days. If we can confirm that you have not violated the Drop Shipping policy, the review period will end and we will automatically release funds for disbursement. If we do not find sufficient evidence confirming your fulfillment methods during this period, further action may be taken and your entire Amazon account may be permanently deactivated. You will receive an email following the review period to let you know what action has been taken. If you believe you have additional evidence to support reactivation before this time, submit an explanation.
We’re here to help.

Its all my asins. They only deactivated my FBM privliges. I can still do FBA.
It was not a death sentence. It was under Section 2 of violation. I dont have other issues with my account other than the order defect rate and late shipment rate.
I was 100% not dropshipping but just used the wrong boxes.
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
Well, hopefully you have receipts for the boxes that you purchased from Lowe's and they will look at that as demonstrating you didn't actually dropship.
Your bigger problem is that you WILL get suspended for purchasing items from Sam's (or Costco, Walmart, Menard's, etc) and selling on Amazon.
HOPEFULLY you did NOT send anything that you bought there to Amazon warehouses. If you did you will NOT get the items back and you will NOT get paid for the sales because you can't prove authenticity.
Since you appear to be brand new, I will expand and give you my freshman, Amazon Rookie lecture. Please read it.
You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.
https://sell.amazon.com/learn
Since you don't appear to have done that PLEASE pay attention to the following:
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.
Seller_JPkojtHz473cd
So I do have all the receipts of the purchase boxes and everything.
I did FBM so I have not sent anything to the Amazon warehouses.
I am currently reviewing all the modules on AMAZON seller university
I do not have an authorized in writing brand approval. I am supplying my products from Sam's Club, but I did verify with the brand that Sam's Club is an authorized seller of their products.
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
You need to review everything in Seller U since you are NOT understanding the issue and saying " I did verify with the brand that Sam's Club is an authorized seller of their products."
proves the point.
Being an authorized SELLER does NOT make them an authorized WHOLESALER. If they were EVERY customer would have to furnish a tax exempt number at the time of purchase and they would receive an INVOICE and not a receipt.
There are a LOT of FAKE wholesalers out there ranging from places like Sam's Club, Costco, BJs Wholesale and others to all those Gray market providers touted on TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other places. AND there are places like Ali#$#$ that sell counterfeits and knockoffs.
Any of the guys mentioned have resulted in so many account suspensions that it is impossible to count the number.
HINT -- VACATION MODE NOW!

Seller_JPkojtHz473cd
I understand your response. I have turned on vacation mode and started to attend all Seller University courses.
Seller_JPkojtHz473cd
The response that we received from Amazon was
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to transfer funds to you and reactivate your seller-fulfilled offers at this time. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. To expedite the review of your selling account, please send the following information:
-- Evidence and an explanation that demonstrates how your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy and Seller Code of Conduct.
-- If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting the proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review."
What is something I can respond with to show that I understand my mistake and that I have started taking action toward a better selling process?
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
There have been some cases in the distant past where dropshippers were able to sell doing FBA but I have not seen one of those in probably 1 1/2 to 2 years.
The RA purchases are worse and MUCH harder to solve since it violates policies involving IP, authenticity, and a plethora of Amazon policies.
You will have to write an appeal that admits that you were clueless about selling on Amazon and have studied the policies thoroughly.
Treat Amazon like a three year old -- short sentences, small words and bullet points.
You will be dealing with people who have SOME English but it is most likely NOT their primary language.
IF you are given another chance to appeal think SMALL.
Short sentences
Bullet points
SMALL WORDS that someone reading it can understand when English is NOT their primary language.
AND, Amazon does NOT want to hear what you WILL DO.
They want to be told what you HAVE DONE already.
Seller_JPkojtHz473cd
People like you are amazing. I thank you for helping me out on a hard time between my life savings and growth on amazon! I will do everything that has been suggested.

Hello @Seller_JPkojtHz473cd,
Thank you for posting concerns about your account on the Seller Forums. I see that the community has provided excellent guidance already and I wanted to reach out as well.
I understand that your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated for a drop shipping policy violation. You have attempted to appeal, and so far, the review team has not accepted your submission. Can you share what information and documentation that you have submitted for review so far? After the submission, you should have received a follow up notification with the reason why the review team has not been able to accept the documents and what is currently being requested of you. You can post the follow up notification here after you have removed your personal information for us to review. This will allow us to understand your next steps.
For document submissions (invoices, order confirmations, etc.), they must meet our document requirements. Have you checked your documents against the requirements in help page above to see if they match up? If one document requirement is not met, the entire submission can be denied.
I look forward to learning more about your situation so that we can guide you the best. Please feel free to post further information and updates into this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
