Rejected by buyer

Orders that are rejected by customers are increasing day by day. Most of them are COD orders. This is frustrating. Amazon should stop COD service or make sure that customer wants the product.

COD Option should be removed and shipping charges should not be refundable.

Our Rs 100 product, Amazon deducted Rs 78 for return shipping and Rs 15 for Amazon fees means buyer rejected order and seller loss 93%.
Amazon do not take action against this type customer because he has not been any loss. if amazon accepted order from any buyer then amazon is responsible for any Rejected/ address un-mached or no longer required type return.
Otherwise amazon should give right to seller for denied the COD order. without any charge.

My product is Non-returnable . How can a buyer reject the order in COD ? . And there are no reasons mentioned in the details.

Hi Guys…

In my Case, the COD customers are taking small portion of the shipment and rejecting on silly reasons…

The seller is taking the HIT from all sides… he gets back a part of his shipment & we need to loose on Shipment fees too…

Request Amazon to please fix Bogus / Fraudulent buyers… I would suggest the sellers could have the opportunity of making the product video & uploading in the listings, there by the customer can get a clear picture of the purchase he is making & hence the option of COD may be removed…

Buyers are not thinking that they can use this platform to exchange their products and amazon is also not taking any action they are just returning a product and even with packing box even sometimes they broke the product but amazon will not listen to anything now how can a seller service in this market what we can do they type false reason and here our metric goes down i really don’t know what to do and why Amazon is not taking any step seriously.

i am also facing this problem. i think the main problem is with delivery boys who rather do not go to customer for delivery and marks them rejected and return it. its time now amazon should look into this problem on a very serious note and remove these kinds of delivery boys.

Yes same problem , when customer rejects or return the product amazon should charge shipping from customers ,In Amazon sellers are going in loss and customers are in profit any how.

M not sure in your case. But in my case packing was worst and that person happen to be a regular customer so he informed me and did not return the order… I personally apologized and replaced his order. FBA packing was the worst. check the image
