Accounts with Multiple Businesses
Our current amazon account is linked to our existing LLC & EIN and we are planning to diversify to another product category for which we are setting up a separate LLC. This new LLC will be the Trademark holder for 2 TMs that we are registering. My question is how can we make this new LLC part of our existing seller account and register the new Trademarks with Amazon brand registry. Ofcourse this new LLC will have its own EIN. I know we cannot open multiple seller accounts for same business but what if it is a separate business entity with different products?

Hi @Seller_7c1Grwh5Yumkk,
For a new brand associated with your selling account, you will just simply need to enroll a new brand with Brand Registry. You can have multiple brands under your selling account. You will just need to start the enrollment process for the new brand from the beginning logging into your Brand Registry account and navigating to Manage > Enroll a brand.
However, please remember we do have a multiple selling account policy (this is different than having multiple registered brands!). I would suggest taking this training to make sure you are remaining compliant on the selling account front.
