Amazon I am a small time business owner. I test every product that I ship for any defects or damage yet i receive most of it as returns, when I investigate upon it i came to know that the replacements are placed by greedy buyers who returns their product on 19th day as in the promised return window of 10 days by amazon.

Since there is delayed payments we cannot sustain and re stock the items as small business. because of the 10 days return policy we are getting paid only after 10 days of the product return window closed. Do we get paid after 10 days? No, after placing the order it take at least a week to receive by customers so that is 7 days totally 17days delay, after receiving the product will be returned for the reason DAMAGED on the 9th day. how funny. we are waiting for nearly 16 days just to process that replacement and pay for their product deliveries.

Amazon charges eats up our profits where we invest money and you are profiting from it. You take referral fee, closing fee separately. I we have to run ads to sell our products and then boom you got extra amount in ads. I will be happy at least if the ads runs well, no its not.

Then the king arrives Deliveries, the deliveries eats most of the profits, we have to ship the product for 1st time then pay for delivery. we get a return fake request and charged for the return delivery, and send the product again with extra delivery charges. where is our profit?? amazon logistics is a filthy business.

WE PAY FOR THE STOCK, ADs, AMAZON, DELIVERY AND TAX THEN RECIEVE RETURN/REPLACEMENT REQUEST. NO PROFIT PURELY A SCAM DONE BY AMAZON.

People have to understand this and opt for to not sell on amazon. please let me know if any other platform is there to sell.

in new fees structure amazon reduce shipping fees and charges zero commission under 299 product.also they are chrge 5 rupees fixed clossing fees

but if we are shipping throw FBA in IXD progran they are charge pick and pack fees 14 to 17 also in 299 product they are charge fixed clossing fees 25 this not good. for 299 product we can not afford fba beacause we already pay money when we create shipment to send at warehouse also we gave charges for storage fees and we gave 25 clossing fees thats not fair

if amazon will reduce this fixed clossing fees in fba order than seller will gave best price to customer also we can do fba and gave customer to offer fastes delivery..

I am facing a critical technical issue on my Amazon seller account (Brand: Printality). Since the last 5 days, none of my listings are allowing customers to place orders. The Buy Box is visible, but as soon as a buyer clicks on “Buy Now”, an error appears saying “Oops! It's rush hour and traffic is piling up on that page...”. I have received zero orders since this started, resulting in major daily financial losses. I have already tried clearing cache, switching browsers and devices, and rechecking my listings. My GST was recently reactivated and I have already resubmitted it successfully, so I suspect it could be related to this. I have contacted Seller Support multiple times but haven’t received a proper resolution. I am extremely frustrated now. I request you to please escalate this to the technical or GST compliance team and raise a Trouble Ticket (TT) from your end so I can also speak to the concerned team. Please treat this as urgent — my business is suffering badly and I need immediate help.

i am connecting regarding a return policy error in my account on 30 th may and tille now no resolution from seller support they was giving me a excuses and fake promises and also it was very bad service from amazon side becasue amazon charges heavy amount from sellers and not giving a good selvice some non-sense seller support was put my call on hold and cut the call without giving any update and no call back till from seller support and close the previous case without resolution i want to resolve my Problem ASAP and also want to complaint Against a seller support team so if any higher authority seen my msg so pls kindly provide a valid resolution and send me the email id or contact no. where i contact to complaint it and also pls kindly call me for an update

Please check if Amazon has charged cancellation fee for Buyer cancellation on your account. We had a buyer cancelled order and Amazon has charged us the cancellation fee without notifying us (no email or performance or cancellation alerts). It will just be in the transactions for the order (in payments page)

You will not receive any notification regarding performance issues on cancellation, but Amazon will charge you the money for the order cancellation.

I am writing regarding my brand approval request for Himalaya Erina EP, which was submitted under Case ID 11212979732.

Despite submitting the required documents multiple times—including a valid Brand Authorization Letter and a Purchase Invoice from an Authorized Distributor—my application has been denied repeatedly without specific feedback on what is missing or incorrect.

Submitted Documents:

Brand Authorization Letter from Himalaya

Recent Purchase Invoice from authorized channel

I kindly request:

A clear explanation for the denials so I can resolve the issue properly.
