I am writing to bring your attention to issues that have unfairly impacted my seller score.
First, regarding the late displacement issue, I had already informed the Easy Ship team about this in advance. I raised two separate tickets for this matter and even discussed it with the team. They assured me that there would be no issue and that the delay was due to a problem on Amazon's side. However, despite their assurances, nothing has been resolved, and my seller score has been affected.
Additionally, there was an instance where I canceled an order after discussing it with the buyer. The buyer assured me they would cancel the order themselves but failed to do so. Consequently, I canceled the order from my side and clearly stated that the cancellation was initiated at the buyer's request. Despite this, my account has been negatively impacted for this cancellation.
I kindly request you to review these matters and restore my seller score to reflect the actual circumstances. I believe this can be resolved with your prompt intervention.
