We are still awaiting a credit to for the Insurance Claim for the following order. It is now almost 6 weeks since the Claim approval date.

Similarly, another claim for Order 113-5543849-8151462, Claim Number C0201321500 for $43.99 was approved on April 5, 2024 but has not been credited yet.

Could you please help resolve the claim settlement?
