Customer opens a return on a cancelled order???????
I am not fully aware on what's going on but i thought this was a interesting issue.
This order was cancelled/refunded because UPS took a long time to pick up the order. This was back in December, we just refunded the customer as it was 5 days and no pick up.
Then i get a return opened which doesnt make sense, i believe its a error or something??

Thanks for posting, I've never seen this before! Has the "return" sorted itself out or is it still there? I would recommend reaching out to Seller Support on this, to ensure it's documented in the event it needs to be rectified or escalated further.

It's possible! As I mentioned, I would open a Seller Support case and raise the issue to them, to ensure its documented. Let me know if you have done so.
