Not approved to sell some of own products with my own brand
My brand is registered with the trademark office and approved by Amazon, I have a storefront and all that. My seller account is connected with my brand account and shows that I can sell with my brand in 8 countries.
I have been selling about two dozen ASIN for years under my brand with no problems. Now, all of a sudden, I get a "not approved" and two of my products got inactivated (two of my most popular ones). All my other ASIN are fine
When I go to Catalog and try to request approval (from myself), it says "We are not accepting applications to sell"
as usual, seller support is useless, opened a case and all I got was a suggestion to go to the catalog and request approval.

Thanks, I don't understand what the problem is, I own the brand and it is registered with Amazon, have the US trademark etc. These products have been selling for years and all of a sudden, they were taken off listing saying that they are not authorized by the brand owner. When I try to get authorization, the button is grayed out.
One of Amazon tech support said that those two products have an error on one of the database fields that was causing this, he said he was fixing it but that didn't resolve the problem.
This is our busy season, we are missing a ton of sales
For some reason it says that the offer is in " Refurbished " condition. This is not correct, all our offers are in "New" condition, we make them in our factory and only sell them New. I am not able to change the condition or add a "New" condition.
Could that be the problem?

I am honestly not sure why the offer is coming up "Refurbished" rather than "New." I've been keeping tabs on the case and our internal escalation team is trying to get that field opened up for you, as well as clear the unauthorized flags.

I don't think Amazon is setup for individuals who (ignorantly) signed up for brand registry before seller central. I just didn't know enough about Amazon at the time. (But i have sure learned a lot in 72 hours!!!).
As part of this problem, when i try to access A+ content i am also not able to access this. So when i go to add a product, I am then required to request permission to sell in the "pet care" sub market before i can add my (brand approved) product. However my brand registry approved product is a pet conditioner. So there is a chicken and egg problem.
Much appreciation for helping me get this case in front of someone who can facilitate this issue.

I took a look at your case and was wondering if you had a chance to go through the appeals process they spoke about in the last message? That will be the first step to getting this cleared up.
It's likely they just require more information than what was on the application to connect your seller account to brand registry.
If you are still having trouble after the appeal process, let me know and I'll take another look.

I just opened a new thread because i'm still learning how forums work. my apologies. They closed the case and told me to start a new case. I did that, provided the appropriate photos but It was rejected again. But in this situation, no explanation, even after i provided the missing information. Within the rejection it refers me to the case log but the case log has no explanation. Can you PLEASE help inform me why? 11974147151

Have you reviewed that case ID today? It looks like the last message from 11 hours ago states that you were approved to sell in the category. It will take about 24 hours for the approval to process in our system, but then you should be good to go.

Hi Tatiana. I am having the same problem. I have been selling my own brand on Amazon for at least 10 years. I tried to send in some new inventory on Friday, and I was told that I am not approved to sell my brand. I requested help and I was told to request approval to sell my own brand. I followed the instructions, and it says "You need approval to list in this brand. Sorry, the ability to create a listing for this item is restricted." I am the one that created this listing, and this is my brand. The case ID is 11977176731 and I would appreciate any help you can provide.
