Amazon replied

from past 1 year Amazon team not able to resolve our self ship issue, our products showing "Sorry, your selected delivery location is beyond seller's shipping coverage for this item. Please choose a different delivery location or purchase from another seller." In all the pincodes even for home location, raised too many tickets but issue not resolved

Wrong Intellectual Property Complaint

We are writing to contest a wrongful intellectual property complaint that has resulted in the removal of our listings under the brand name Khushi Food Products.

We are the legally registered trademark owners of “Khushi Food Products” under Class 30, with our trademark registration active since 2018 and valid through 2028. Our products have been in the Indian market since 2009, and our brand has been consistently used and marketed under this registered name.

The recent takedown was triggered by a false claim from an entity named Khushi's, whose trademark application was filed later and ultimately refused. Their claim is both inaccurate and baseless, and it has directly impacted our business with listing removals and sales disruption.

We urge Amazon to take this matter seriously and protect genuine, registered brand owners from such bad-faith IP claims that misuse Amazon's reporting system to attack legitimate competitors.

This false claim has caused real financial harm to our business. We request reinstatement of our listings and preventive action against further misuse of the IP complaint mechanism.

I have silver jewelry listings in my account and I am being charged 22.5% referral fees on them whereas amazon.in clealry mentions on their that the referral fees for silver jewelry is 13% (above product price 1000).

FBA charges Too High

If any seller thinking for FBA so don't do it Amazon FBA charges are too high FBA = living and doing business for Amazon not for own. Yesterday I had done FBA charges before were different and after activation of listing different charges and after getting order different charges. So, Amazon giving offers for FBA don't go for that trap. Because increasing your product rates don't think of getting your sales will increase. Rates are too high you will struggle and give business to Amazon and these charges are too high. So think 1000 times before taking this step I had done big mistake. I have to increase my rates by 25% so that means Amazon overall charges increased by 25%. So I request every seller to don't go for FBA. Do easy ship that will benefit more.
