Hello Sir,

Regarding the order of 5 chairs, I received a return from the customer. However, upon inspection, I found that four chairs are missing, and only one chair was received. Moreover, the accessories for that chair are also missing.

You mentioned that my safety claim limit has expired, but Sir, I'm facing significant losses due to missing products. I'm suffering substantial financial losses.

Please don't disregard my loss, Sir. I request your assistance in resolving this issue

Returns Quality Check Fraud Issue

Hello Friends,

My all returns courier and customers are being opened by the delivery hub. A black tape is applied on the packets are we are receiving wrong items. Safe-t Claim is also getting rejected and blocked due to this. If any one had faced same issue and got solution for it please help.

This is made today 9/11/2024 amazon reverse the reimbursement amount for 10 order id that i got it for the porduct lost or damaged and not been returned in under 50 days ( in proactive reimbursement policy )

But they change it and taken back the reimbursed amount

This is my request that please reimburse me the money back as i haven't got my product delivered to now ( 9/11/2024) and been like greater than 90 days or more

everything was working fine but because of this issue if i lost my money i will not going to continue selling on amazon

You can't be able to file the safety claim because it been greater than 75 days

My products are returned back like a garbage in a plastic bag. This is very very bad on amazon easy ship part. We take so much care that the product should not be damaged and send to buyer in proper package, bubble wrapped and inside corrugated cardboard. But if customer returns, it is just not usable at all . I have to throw my book in garbage directly because of the way it is returned by easy ship. I dont want amazon to drop my products like a crap. I dont want your easy ship service for returning. I am not getting any help to opt out of this easy ship. I am so fed up by the way amazon is treating the sellers products. shame on you people. If i claim T-safe they don't even give a decent money back which doesn't even cover shipping charge.

Hello Amazon Seller Community,

As a brand-registered seller on Amazon, I am deeply frustrated by an ongoing issue that has significantly affected my business during this critical festive season. Since October 29, my account has been automatically placed in Vacation Mode due to a system error. Despite filing multiple support cases and posting two previous forum posts, I have received no substantial response or resolution.

Seller Support keeps providing the same answer, that the “team is actively working on it.” However, it has been five days without progress, and my account remains inactive, resulting in significant sales losses. This is particularly concerning for brand-registered sellers who rely on Amazon to uphold service standards and protect business operations.

Moderators like @Seller_BlIVJdYD3zD3G and @Seller_5WsK3rrVFyBk9 have yet to respond to my previous posts, which is further disheartening. The lack of action on Amazon’s part has left me with few options and considerable disappointment in the platform’s commitment to its sellers.

All our parcels in our area are not being picked up on time. The delivery boys do not come to pick up all our parcels and neither do our RTOs come to pick up the parcels. Daily pick-up service is available in our area. Our pin code is 333303, and we have regular orders on our Amazon seller account. Whenever we request for pickup, the delivery boys are evasive. Delivery boys and managers say that they will take only 1-2 parcels and parcels weighing less than 500 grams.

We have been troubled by this problem for a long time and every day we have to go to the Ecom office to deposit all our parcels and take and deliver RTO parcels ourselves.

हमारे क्षेत्र में हमारे सभी पार्सल समय पर नहीं उठाए जा रहे हैं। डिलीवरी बॉय हमारे सभी पार्सल लेने नहीं आते हैं और न ही हमारे आरटीओ पार्सल लेने के लिए आते हैं। जबकि हमारे क्षेत्र में प्रतिदिन पिकअप सेवा उपलब्ध है। हमारा पिन कोड 333303 है, और हमारे अमेज़न सेलर अकाउंट पर नियमित ऑर्डर रहते हैं। जब भी हम पिकअप के लिए रिक्वेस्ट करते हैं, तो डिलीवरी बॉय टालमटोल करते हैं। डिलीवरी बॉय और मैनेजर का कहना है कि वे केवल 1-2 पार्सल और 500 ग्राम से कम वजन वाले पार्सल ही लेंगे।

हम इस समस्या से काफी समय से परेशान हैं और रोज़ाना हमें अपने सभी पार्सल खुद ईकॉम ऑफिस में जमा कराने और आरटीओ पार्सल खुद लेने और देने जाना पड़ता है।
