As a brand-registered seller on Amazon, I am deeply frustrated by an ongoing issue that has significantly affected my business during this critical festive season. Since October 29, my account has been automatically placed in Vacation Mode due to a system error. Despite filing multiple support cases and posting two previous forum posts, I have received no substantial response or resolution.
Seller Support keeps providing the same answer, that the “team is actively working on it.” However, it has been five days without progress, and my account remains inactive, resulting in significant sales losses. This is particularly concerning for brand-registered sellers who rely on Amazon to uphold service standards and protect business operations.
Moderators like @Seller_BlIVJdYD3zD3G and @Seller_5WsK3rrVFyBk9 have yet to respond to my previous posts, which is further disheartening. The lack of action on Amazon’s part has left me with few options and considerable disappointment in the platform’s commitment to its sellers.
