Dear fellow Indian entrepreneurs,

I want to warn you about a major risk when selling on Amazon USA. I made the mistake of trusting Amazon’s fulfillment system, and now I am facing legal trouble and financial losses because of their mismanagement.

What Happened to Me?

✅ I sent 82 units of my inventory to Amazon USA via FBA shipment (FBA18FH4N578, 7RSA8A6G).

✅ Amazon received, checked in, and sold my inventory.

✅ But later, Amazon lost my inventory and refuses to reimburse me!

✅ Case ID: 16914769221 – After 75+ days of fighting, Amazon keeps closing my case with no resolution.

✅ Now, I am receiving legal notices for missed loan payments because of Amazon’s mistake!

Dear Amazon,

We are writing to express our serious concerns regarding the handling of customer rejected or cancelled shipments during transit. We have experienced significant financial losses due to the current inspection and return procedures implemented by your hub inspection team.

Specifically, we have observed that when a customer rejects or cancels a shipment, the package is returned to your hub. Upon arrival, your inspection team opens the package under the guise of inspection. This process consistently results in damage to the original packaging.

Once the packaging is compromised, the product becomes highly susceptible to damage during subsequent transportation. This frequently leads to the return of goods to us in a severely damaged condition, rendering them unsellable.

This practice is causing us substantial financial losses, encompassing:

Product Damage: The cost of the damaged goods themselves.

Platform Fees: Amazon platform fees associated with the initial sale.

Transportation Fees: Costs incurred for both outbound and return shipping.

Marketing Fees: Expenses invested in promoting the product.

Safety Claim Shortfall: The inadequate compensation received through safety claims, which typically covers only 15-16% of the total product value.

We are deeply concerned about the sustainability of our business on the Amazon platform under these circumstances. The current procedures are resulting in unacceptable losses, and we require immediate action to address this issue.

Therefore, we urgently request the following:

Cease Opening Rejected/Cancelled Shipments: We request that packages rejected or cancelled by customers during transit remain unopened by your inspection team at the hub. Opening these packages significantly increases the risk of damage during subsequent handling.

Alternative Inspection Procedures: If inspection is absolutely necessary, please implement alternative procedures that do not compromise the original packaging. Perhaps photographs of the sealed package, or weight checks could be used.

Full Compensation for Damaged Goods: We request full compensation for all damaged goods resulting from the current inspection and return procedures.

Review of Safety Claim Process: We urge a thorough review of the safety claim process to ensure that sellers receive fair and adequate compensation for damaged goods.

We believe that these measures are essential to protect sellers from unnecessary financial losses and to maintain a fair and sustainable marketplace.

We request your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

We are writing to express our extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an unexplained deduction of Rs 24531/- from our seller account, labeled as "other charges." We have been patiently awaiting an explanation for this substantial deduction, but to date, no satisfactory response or justification has been provided.

We find it deeply troubling that such a significant amount has been charged to our account without any clear indication of the reason. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has caused considerable disruption to our business operations.

We have contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, and while tickets have been created, we have yet to receive a resolution or a clear explanation for this charge. We are increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress and the inability of customer service to address this issue effectively.

We are compelled to escalate this matter and request the immediate attention of a senior member of the Amazon team. This is a considerable sum of money, and we require a detailed explanation of the charges, including:

A breakdown of the specific services or fees that constitute the "other charges."

The corresponding dates and transactions related to these charges.

Any relevant documentation or invoices that support these charges.

We reiterate that the lack of explanation is unacceptable. If this deduction is found to be erroneous, we demand an immediate and full reimbursement of the Rs 24531/-.

We urge a member of the Amazon team who is empowered to resolve this matter to contact us immediately. We require a clear and comprehensive explanation, and we expect a prompt resolution to this issue.

My Product ASIN B0DSZYRR2R Mapped and sold a fake product by Healthy Ayurveda.More than 100 calls More than 20 case IDS. Amazon really wasting the time of Sellers. They are taking order in our product name.sells a product.From March 1 onwards our business in Amazon start decreasing and when we verified it was found that Amazon allowed to map our product and allowed to sell our product in their platform. We complained several times and Amazon gives a reply that they allows it. When we purchased the product through Amazon from Healthy Ayurveda and product reached us on 20/03/2024 and we realised that they are selling counterfeit product. Outer box is similar to our product and written the contents same as ours. Inside a bottle was kept with 30 capsules and entirely different ingredients. Eventhough we reported on the same day Amazon still says their internal team is checking. No resolution given till now and Amazon not ready to remove mapping of Healthy Ayurveda seller who sells counterfeit product. We reported several times the difference in product. Our product strip of 4 tabs in 5 strips Total 20 capsules. Their 30 capsules loose in a bottle. Their MRP 4990 & Our MRP 3990, Wide variation is there and we reported it . But Amazon not ready to take any action AT LEAST BE SERIOUS IT IS A FOOD ITEM.

whats happening I don't know .

1. Sales down . Average 30-50 orders per day and was expecting to get good avg this year. Sale went down to not even half less then 10 orders.

2. Fake reviews unverified by clients who did not purchase clearly made by rival competitive Sellers doing this activity. Even after so many reports made no action and removal of dalke comments and reviews which are unverified by Amazon.

3 . Fake Infringement complain on items for which we have Copyright content branding and trademark . And every time Amazon says won't happen again mam by samme selller 12 time same things done untill I loog legal action.

4. When we are putting Infringement against mappers amazon in one second without review states sorry we can't take action. And each and every time I am spending 10,000/ rs for legal notice to stupid seller doing this stuff as no help by Amazon side .

5. Fake seller feedback of different language intentionally for no detection and no removal .

What after all the sorrows Amazon want ? Even after spending ₹40000-45000/- /pm on adds , even after ranking , good reviews and more facing this issue ?

Dear Amazon Team,

We are reaching out regarding the deactivation of our linked accounts (UAE, India, and Saudi) due to an incorrect item listing (Case ID: 10441035162 & 10860067782). While these are the most recent cases, we have faced multiple similar issues in the past. Unfortunately, despite our repeated attempts to resolve them, we have only received automated, copy-paste responses.Each time we provide the requested SDS documents, we receive the same templated replies. When invoices are submitted, we are again asked for different documents without any clear resolution. No one seems to be actively addressing the core issue.

In addition to the deactivation, all our payments across the three locations are on hold. We have sent multiple requests regarding payment release, yet there has been no action from your side. This has caused significant operational and financial difficulties for our business.

We request your urgent assistance in Providing a clear resolution path for account reactivation.Reviewing our submissions properly and guiding us on the exact steps needed. Releasing our pending payments to avoid further financial strain.We sincerely hope for a proactive approach from your team to resolve this matter efficiently. Please escalate this issue to the relevant department and provide us with the right direction.

1. तो इनके स्टेशन फ्रॉड करने लग गए हैं जयपुर का पंजाब का राजस्थान का बहुत बड़े लेवल पर फ्रॉड कर रहे हैं और दूसरे की हम पहचान कर लेते हैं ऑर्डर को और उसको रिक्वेस्ट करते हैं कैंसल करें और ब्लॉक करें वाह करते नहीं हैं और उसका चार्ज हमें लेते हैं सेफ्टी क्लेम करो टू लिमिट एग्जिट बोलकर उसका भी पेमेंट नहीं मिलता,

2. किसी भी तरह एचएएल में आप कुछ भी करके ऑर्डर लेकर आएं तो डिस्पैच करें लेकिन जो आपका एक साइकिल है यूज साइकिल को आप क्रॉस नहीं कर पाते आप कैंपियन रन कर रहे हैं तो भी आपके लिमिटेड ऑर्डर से सेम पैटर्न कैंपन रन नहीं कर रहे तो भी आपके सेम ऑर्डर से मतलब यह फिक्स है पिच से

3. और रही बात पेमेंट का आपका टोटल ₹1 लाख बैन हो गया है तो इसमे कुछ भी करके हां 30 से 40000 उड़ा देंगे और पेमेंट रिकंसिलेशन करो तो वहां पर भी कोई सही चीज नहीं दिखती है

अमेज़न में काम करना बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है एक से फेक ऑर्डर ऊपर से इनका पेमेंट रिकंसुलेशन का बहुत ज्यादा गलत है क्योंकि आपका अगर 1 लाख का पेमेंट बनता है तो ये कैट पीट के फलाना धमाका करके जिनका कोई हिसाब नहीं दिखता 40000 के आस पास उड़ा देते हैं गायब हो जाता है वही साहब में ही नहीं होता

it's been a nightmare after starting the above services.(i) our sales have dropped marginally and are decreasing.(ii)  advisory fees are deducted from our account every week.(iii) no service being offered except 2 calls that happened initially.(iv) majority of things mentioned were already in place and we are paying only for report generation.

we are writing to cancel this urgently since last 4 days with no response received, raised to customer service, he have given the incorrect mail id . today other customer associate given other mail id further customer care disconnected the call between the discussion

kindly cancel this service & process the reimbursement of the incurred charges urgently
