What is Stranded Inventory?

  • Items in Amazon warehouse that can't be sold
  • No active listing available
  • Still charging storage fees

Important Alert! ⚠️

Amazon will remove stranded inventory after 30 days and may dispose of it by default!

Common Reasons for Stranded Inventory:

  • Deleted/closed listing
  • Pricing errors
  • Missing product information
  • Fulfillment method changes
  • Product restrictions

🎯Quick Fixes:

  • Check "Fix Stranded Inventory" page regularly
  • Use 1-click relist option when available
  • Update missing information
  • Fix pricing issues
  • Change fulfillment settings if needed
  • Update auto-settings to 'return' instead of 'dispose'

Hello sellers,

I want to bring attention to a serious issue I’m facing with Amazon’s return process and claims system. One of my returned products has not been delivered back to me even after 35 days, and when I raised a claim for it, Amazon denied it, stating I should have filed the claim within 15 days.But here’s the catch – Amazon's own policy says that you can raise a claim only if the returned product is not received within 30 days. So how could I have filed it earlier?This is a clear contradiction in policy and an unfair denial of my rightful claim.I followed the process exactly as per Amazon’s stated guidelines, and now I’m being penalized due to internal inconsistencies.

Has anyone else faced such an issue?

It’s extremely disheartening as a seller when we follow every rule and still get such treatment. We bear the loss while the system gives no accountability.

I hope Amazon sees this and addresses the matter fairly. And I urge other sellers to be cautious and raise your voice if you’ve faced similar problems.

TDS reimbursement not given by Amazon

We had uploaded Form 16 for TDS reimbursement to Amazon through CASE ID 11139853822 on 23rd May, 2025, however Amazon team says "TDS reimbursement claim for certificate number MGUPYLA has already been processed". But we cannot see settlement in our account.

If the Form16 was generated on 22-05-2025 then how come it possible that reimbursement was processed earlier????

Please adivse us how to get reimbursement of TDS from Amazon...

My all products are showing Featured offers on the Amazon website, but in the Manage Inventory tab of Amazon Seller Central, only two products do not show Featured offers prices and only display "--". My account ODR, LDR, and Pre-fulfilment Cancel Rate is 0 and the account is healthy.

I am activated and eligible for Easy Ship Prime The ads on this product are also running. The Seller Support team says "Wait for some time", "This is an automatic Feature, we can't do anything", and "Your featured offer is showing in some areas and not all over India". They send only help page links but don't give any solution.

When I check the featured offer for that particular ASIN It shows You are Featured offer Eligible for ASIN"-----", But still, the problem has not been solved for the last 40-50 days.

I don't understand what to do.
