This buyer is seller on Amazon and without order my product he giving negative product reviews. And Amazon is not doing anything.

I already email to amazon community for this fake reviews but no reply received yet.

When executive visited to pickup order i hand over all order but while scanning he said its 1 order and rest he left and he have updated is his taem that seller not hand over order my account in risk , complain many time saying below remarks from that am not getting order

Attempts were made to pick the order at 2025-04-06 13:29:13, however you are unable to handover the order to Delivery Associate.

on local supply easy ship is charging Rs 100.30 on weight of the package under 1 kg and dimensions 15x15x21 cm3 whereas it comes Rs 62.5 as per Amazon calculator. Can someone help to solve this issue???

Daily Amazon Is Changing Rules And Policies. So There is no value for new sellers at Amazon because they need only there own affiliated sellers. If This the matter so amazon should clearly reject new sellers don't earn money from new sellers ads. 0 sales here in Amazon where other ecommerce platforms are providing good sales. Amazon making daily policies against sellers. So in future I don't think so anyone will prefer to sell on Amazon. Do something to get sales up for every seller so that we should be happy with Amazon.

Amazon has forcefully enrolled all sellers from Self Ship to Easyship by increasing Closing fees upto 10X. Now their Easyship Pickup boys are not doing pickups, my orders are getting cancelled daily. Even their local managers are not taking pickup issues as serious. When I am calling Amazon seller support, they are also helpless, they are saying that they don't have control to take action against easyship....Also seller support, cannot contact the Easy Ship team itseems...Even that Pickup miss forms are not working, daily I am filling No pickup forms,nothing happens....I think I have to shut down my business on Amazon and Shift to Flipkart now.....My Store Health is at High Risk due to Pickup Failures and Order cancellations...Amazon is big company, but they don't have direct control over their logistics......Flipkart is 100 times better than Amazon

The orders 402-4533451-8251547 & 402-8986374-4769917 were "Cash on Delivery" orders, same customer same address 1 month gap. The customer called and stated the " Product is not received "and took REFUND for the Money he did not pay. I do not understand, Amazon got the money from "Non-Customer" and refunded it to a Customer "who never paid". IS AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE DUMB OR WHAT??? To add to pain seller support has just refund Rs 90 for a Rs 445 product. For the second order also they are saying we will do the same. Amazon is a loss making platform riddled by its own policies and useless support system .

We are facing repeated rejections of our FBA shipments due to the reason: “Box size exceeds pallet limits.” However, we would like to clarify that our boxes are only 61 inches in length, which is well within Amazon’s maximum allowed box size limit of 66 inches.

We have been in FBA for more than 3 years. Sending shipments to multiple FCs. But suddenly, warehouses are now rejecting our shipments with the reason "BOX SIZE MORE THAN PALLET".

Boxes having 66 Inches in Length are allowed and under policy.

Every Box we send does not exceed 61 inches. Still, Warehouses are rejecting shipments.
