Easyship is Unsealing all RTO Parcels

From last 3 years I am noticing that Easyship guys are unsealing the RTO shipments and checking inside items and again repacking them with cello tapes.I don't know why they are doing like this. Every return of mine is unsealed, then packed again with cello tapes. Amazon should take strict action against these courier fellows. When product seal gets teared, we can't sell them again. Why they are checking all items, Is Amazon blind?. After complaining many times, why Amazon is not taking action against Easyship fellows?. They are checking all return parcels to steal costly items.

Hello Amazon Seller Support / Community,

I need urgent guidance regarding a copyright image issue that has led to the removal of my product listing, and my account health is now at serious risk.

I had listed a handheld retro gaming console and used self-edited, original images created specifically for the product. However, Amazon flagged the listing for copyright infringement, specifically citing a problem with the images, even though I did not use any copyrighted or branded visuals such as Super Mario Bros. or other protected content.

As a precaution and in full respect of Amazon’s policies, I:

Removed all original images, even though they were self-made.

Uploaded completely fresh, newly edited images with zero reference to any known IP.

Also removed any potentially problematic text or keywords from the listing.

Despite taking all these corrective actions, Amazon has still removed my listing, and my Account Health now shows an IP violation, which I’m very concerned about.

I have already submitted a clarification and appeal to Amazon, but I’m reaching out here to:

Ask if anyone has faced a similar issue and how they resolved it.

Get advice on what else I can do to clear this from my account health.

Understand if there's a specific retraction process or contact needed.

This is impacting my business significantly and I want to remain 100% compliant with Amazon’s policies.

Any help, insights, or steps I may have missed would be greatly appreciated.

Hike in Self Ship Closing Fee

The hike in closing fee for self ship orders is going to make the business dissapear from amazon in coming days. Specially for the sellers whose products ranged between 150-200. Small sellers can barely earn 10-15% of the selling price as profit, and this closing fee of Rs.45 per order is way more than the profit, and switching to easy ship is not a great option for this ranged products.

We request to amazon to reconsider this closing fee hike and suggest an alternate which can help small sellers continue selling on amazon.

Big farud happing in amazon

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a recurring issue that is severely impacting my business.

Once again, I have encountered a fraudulent return. I originally sent a pure copper product to a customer, but the returned item I received was completely different and of no value. I raised a SAFE-T claim for this, but unfortunately, it was rejected due to the claim limit being exceeded.

As a genuine seller, this situation is deeply discouraging. These repeated incidents of return fraud are not only harming my business but also causing significant financial losses. I have always trusted Amazon’s commitment to fair treatment of sellers, but I am beginning to lose faith in the system due to lack of support in such matters.

If Amazon is unable to take appropriate action or offer a fair resolution in such cases, I may be forced to consider shutting down my store on the platform. I sincerely request that my concern be escalated and reviewed again, considering the circumstances and supporting evidence I can provide.

Please look into this matter at the earliest and help restore my confidence in the marketplace.

Wrong fee charged on 17 April 2025

our seller flex order 17 April 47 orders wrong fee charged Amazon weight handling fee. We have raised 3 ticket but not reverse payment yet. We sale last 6 years but first Time payment see this issue fraud. Amazon show this issue it's our technical issue.we refund money but they're not reverse yet. Orders selling price 199 and deducted 2586rs . . We check Total amount nearabout rs 70000.

Order without phone number

Hi, I have received the order without contact number day before yesterday. I holded the order and messaged twice through Amazon Messenger but didn't receive any reply. I called Amazon customer service and sought solution. They were unable to help me and asked me to ship without contact number otherwise it will affect my account health and I will have to bear cancellation charges incase of cancellation of the order.

This is under self shipping. I want an advice for future order how to proceed.

I m new seller and i m fed up now. its been two months and all my order are either cancelled due to delayed pick up or due to delayed pick up my account health is at risk. all this without any of my fault.

every time i connect with seller support they ask to raise the investigation ticket but there is no feedback or report on what investigation is been carried out.

not at all expected from international brand like amazon. local brand meesho has better pick up services without charging any commission.

please learn from them. not sure if anyone is even going to read this and respond. please dont reply saying we noted your concerns and forwarded to respective department and they will connect.

please give us solution or higher managements contact details. let them also know whats happening with us.
