We have received several orders that appear to be from fake buyers. After we schedule these orders for delivery, they are often cancelled or refunded a few days later. This has happened multiple times, and it is affecting our operations.

I’m reaching out because I’m facing an issue with my return orders that were canceled by the customer. Although I’ve received SMS and email updates saying my package is out for delivery, I haven’t received any calls from your return team to collect the item.

Here are the details:

Additionally, I called all the numbers listed in the SMS and email notifications I received, but no one could provide information on where my orders are. They informed me they don't have the orders, yet Amazon continues to send SMS messages with their names and contact details. (" I also recorded the call & screen recording with return team "), - I will attach it below.

I also reported this issue to Amazon Seller Central. They informed me that the package is on its way and, if not delivered, I would get reimbursed within 50 days. But I don’t want a reimbursement—I just want my product returned to me.

The package is already listed as being in my city, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. Could you please help me resolve this and ensure I get my product back soon? Your assistance would mean a lot.

On top of that, Order ID 408-3545112-4330719 hasn’t been delivered to me and is showing as “Returned to Sender.” Please check again and ensure it is delivered to me. This order was supposed to be delivered on 8 April 2025, but instead, the status shows it was returned to the seller. I believe there’s some sort of bug or mistake here. To be clear, there have been no return attempts made. It’s not possible to transfer the whole order from West Bengal to Prayagraj in just one day.

It’s my request that an investigation is called into this return team or manager who seems to be mishandling the process. They keep sending SMS notifications but never deliver my orders.

so in a previous i did run some ads and got orders which are fake and got return for fake reasons haven't checked the payments section because it was customer rejected or some not customer return as the product is non returnable after seeing the payments section i got to know the on all the returned products or refunded orders i got charged 50 60rs + easy ship fee which is around 91 and the product cost , and after calculating the loss one refunded items is giving me loss of 188 to 250 rs defends on the sale amount and customer gets to keep the product also . and what i earn on per order is 30rs so no matter what the seller do amazon will always prefer them seller will always gona face the loss no matter either you sell on flipkart , meesho , amazon all are same the joke is they give reimbursement which is equivalent to 25% of the product cose

Another competitor/seller of products as mine buying my products and putting in negative reviews, this is going on for last 1 year. He even raised 'Product Authenticity Customer Complaints' and as a result my listing got deactivated, rating came down and i had to provide all invoices/details to get it working.

Raised complaint with Amazon but they feel data is not sufficient. what to do please? provided order numbers/messages asking me to lower/hike the prices/negative reviews messages etc

I was asked by amazon help to connect with customer (in this case another competitor of mine) to understand the reason for negative feedback and ask him to remove it (Politely).

Now this competitor/seller is using Prime/FBA and i am not, easy to provide negative feedbacks to non Prime/FBA as compared to Prime/FBA (as per my understanding).

Any guidance please?
