We SAB SYSTEMS, suffering huge loss due to irresponsible, rude behaviour of local amazon service team (Karegaon MIDC). We immediately scheduling orders as soon as we receive it. but MFN orders are getting cancelled continuously due to no pickup done by local amazon service team. These guys are behaving like any Government Job, They also have very rude behaviour, bluntly saying that they don't have time. Business in Trouble due to no pickup done by local amazon Service Team. If any received order is not scheduled by seller, amazon immediately put fine on seller account without any delay. But if any order not picked up by local amazon team & is got cancelled amazon didn't put any fine on concerned office. Its only because seller is third party & pickup team is amazon team? Why such partiality is amazon doing. We are doing business with amazon since last 15 years. But considering this situation we are thinking to shift business to any other platform. Hope amazon authorities will read & apply some rules to avoid this type complaints.

i am in deep trouble sudden my account came under review there is no customer complain even my account is healthy my payment is stopped than we spoke with support team the id is ID 11231300402 on 20th june 2025 than they reply in written & told me your payment will start from 24th june 2025.on the basis of this commitment we purchase of Rs. 50 lakh stock & send to FBA on 21st june 2025. but our payment not realised till date & now they are saying from 11th july 2025. now my vendor are forcing me to pay the ammount as i was comm

amazon support team cheated me & now i am in deep trouble . now vendors coming to my office , i don't know what i need to do as my vendor not ready to wait till 11th july.

this is a kind of froud any thing happen to me now amazon is responssible for this as amazon team confirm on 20th than we inbound on 21st june. my total delivered product value is 33 lakh & stock in FBA is 50 lakh.

I have set up the account some time back, now that I wanted to start listing, this error is being displayed since the last couple of weeks. I am not able to login to seller central. I have tried different browser, incognito and cache removal too, but nothing worked.

I have uploaded each and every document/image/license asked off me for a compliance matter.

Despite all of that I keep getting back the same generic responses back.

Can anyone from Amazon; advise in this regard please.
