Hello Amazon Seller Community,

As a brand-registered seller on Amazon, I am deeply frustrated by an ongoing issue that has significantly affected my business during this critical festive season. Since October 29, my account has been automatically placed in Vacation Mode due to a system error. Despite filing multiple support cases and posting two previous forum posts, I have received no substantial response or resolution.

Seller Support keeps providing the same answer, that the “team is actively working on it.” However, it has been five days without progress, and my account remains inactive, resulting in significant sales losses. This is particularly concerning for brand-registered sellers who rely on Amazon to uphold service standards and protect business operations.

Moderators like @Seller_BlIVJdYD3zD3G and @Seller_5WsK3rrVFyBk9 have yet to respond to my previous posts, which is further disheartening. The lack of action on Amazon’s part has left me with few options and considerable disappointment in the platform’s commitment to its sellers.

My account health is at risk

due to inventory issues i cancelled 5 order out of 40

Now my order cancellation rate hiked at 14% & amazon stopped giving me orders also my listing is not buyable now.

Anyone knows how to fix this cancellation issue so i can get order as soon as possible

The Problem - On November 2, 2024 my account's vacation mode was turned on automatically by amazon without any reason. Whenever I try to turn it off, the button doesn't works. It is turning automatically back to on at the same moment whenver I try turning it off.

Action Taken by Me - Called Seller Support 4 times till now. Raising 4 cases for the issue and got the same copy paste reply from them 'problem shared with internal team, you will be informed via email for any updates'.

The Solution they gave me in email - They said that your vacation mode is on, turn it off to make your account active again and here are the steps to do it.

Their are just some brainless robots working in customer care who only know to give copy - paste reply.

They can't even understand that the option to turn vacation mode off is not working. How I will turn it off?

My Understanding - Amazon seller support is of no use and my account will never be active again. I Will now switch to other E commerce platforms.

Regarding Amazon - As we have lawyers in our family so we will move to consumer court and competetion commision of India. As we have noticed many of unfair and illegal things at Amazon's end.

What do I expect from you guys (Small Sellers like me) - Join our telegram channel t.me/sellersunionIND and add more sellers to it we will discuss our issues there and find solution of the problems there together. Because remember our unfair treatment will only stop when we will unite and stand firm against this unfair treatment of small seller. Ever heard that a Big Brand's account went inactive for infinite duration without any reason?

Hello Sir,

Regarding the order of 5 chairs, I received a return from the customer. However, upon inspection, I found that four chairs are missing, and only one chair was received. Moreover, the accessories for that chair are also missing.

You mentioned that my safety claim limit has expired, but Sir, I'm facing significant losses due to missing products. I'm suffering substantial financial losses.

Returns Quality Check Fraud Issue

Hello Friends,

My all returns courier and customers are being opened by the delivery hub. A black tape is applied on the packets are we are receiving wrong items. Safe-t Claim is also getting rejected and blocked due to this. If any one had faced same issue and got solution for it please help.

This is made today 9/11/2024 amazon reverse the reimbursement amount for 10 order id that i got it for the porduct lost or damaged and not been returned in under 50 days ( in proactive reimbursement policy )

But they change it and taken back the reimbursed amount

This is my request that please reimburse me the money back as i haven't got my product delivered to now ( 9/11/2024) and been like greater than 90 days or more

everything was working fine but because of this issue if i lost my money i will not going to continue selling on amazon

You can't be able to file the safety claim because it been greater than 75 days
