The Problem - On November 2, 2024 my account's vacation mode was turned on automatically by amazon without any reason. Whenever I try to turn it off, the button doesn't works. It is turning automatically back to on at the same moment whenver I try turning it off.
Action Taken by Me - Called Seller Support 4 times till now. Raising 4 cases for the issue and got the same copy paste reply from them 'problem shared with internal team, you will be informed via email for any updates'.

The Solution they gave me in email - They said that your vacation mode is on, turn it off to make your account active again and here are the steps to do it.
Their are just some brainless robots working in customer care who only know to give copy - paste reply.
They can't even understand that the option to turn vacation mode off is not working. How I will turn it off?
My Understanding - Amazon seller support is of no use and my account will never be active again. I Will now switch to other E commerce platforms.
Regarding Amazon - As we have lawyers in our family so we will move to consumer court and competetion commision of India. As we have noticed many of unfair and illegal things at Amazon's end.
What do I expect from you guys (Small Sellers like me) - Join our telegram channel t.me/sellersunionIND and add more sellers to it we will discuss our issues there and find solution of the problems there together. Because remember our unfair treatment will only stop when we will unite and stand firm against this unfair treatment of small seller. Ever heard that a Big Brand's account went inactive for infinite duration without any reason?
