What was before a relatively easy task has now become a uphill task and the seller support makes it further painful.

It has been almost a month. I have contacted several assosicate - who would take down all details pretending to help and then pass the buck to others. The next seller support assosicate would repeat the entire process. I just dont understand if the contacted seller support associate cannot help - why does he or she sit throught the charade of pretending to help. Taking down Asins numbers, asking for screen shots and telling to wait.

Then there are other assosciates who jumps the gun. Asks irrelevent question and dont try to understand and try to blame - they do it without bothering to check.

I dont think Amazon have enough people for seller support in different cases. Most are information gatherers and they end up taking your time.

It is very sad Amazon is not taking any action even after we have submitted solid proof that our product "xxxplus Erolabslibidex" is mapped and sold counterfeit products by Amazon sellers "Healthy Ayurveda" and "Made in heaven's". On persuing the details we found that all these are manufactured by 'dumeti labs' and marketed by 'Kings iternational'. They are trying to tarnish the image of our product and also damaging the image of Amazon. So I request you to take immediate action and remove mapped sellers urgently.

This mapping started from February last week and we informed several times to you that a company known as 'Kings iternational' is behind all these hooliganism. I am attaching details of our test buy details and customer complaints.

I have a trade loss of nearly 20 lakhs due to this mapping and counterfeit selling. If Amazon don't stop it I will take the matter to High court and also FSSAI for serious action.

ek product ke 38 variants hain color aur size ke according. 2 saal se sahi se order aa rahe hain magar kuch din pehle hi sabhi variant alag alag ho haye. pareshani yeh bhi hai alag hone ke baad kisi bhi listing main size show nahin ho raha.

Listing all the inventory products and visible on Amazon.in the page, but the "BUY NOW" tab is missing on every product.
