MLL- BOM8 SC com this customer is amazon placed. This fake purchaser has placed 13 orders and all 13 orders are cancelled and all are on cod and returned or cancelled. amazon fakes these orders to show return on investment on ad spend. thi s is atrocious and illegal. amazon india can stoop to any level and fake that they place orders to check dimensions and size this customer is amazon placed and latest order is 405-8263634-7761920. This fake purchaser has placed 13 orders and all 13 orders are cancelled and all are on cod and returned or cancelled. amazon fakes these orders to show return on investment on ad spend. thi s is atrocious and illegal. amazon india can stoop to any level and fake orders. do not execute all such order

If I file a consumer court case, will my Amazon seller account be suspended?

The reason is that I have an extremely valid case. I also posted about this on the forum, but even there, I was ignored by the support team.

We wish to sell the product which is already listed in Amazon (ASIN: B09R44FWM5), but no able to do so. Getting an error saying "You cannot change a product detail page, or add offers on another seller’s generic product, or copy the product detail page to another store. customer claimed compatibility issues of my product.

amazon support issued refund to the customer, without my consent or permission. that too in self ship order and i was told, i will get the products back. and that order was worth Rs.26000.

amazon literally issued refund to the consumer without our consent/feedback. when we asked for the status of our products back? they lied and told us to wait for 30 days.

after 30 days, amazon SENIOR SUPPORT EXECUTIVE told to us wait for 50 days and we'll be reimbursed.

then after another 50 days, they told us to wait for 15 days until they can get the details of our case.

after 15-25 days, they told us, we won't be getting our money back. and whatever other statements was made to us by amazon was wrong.

i contacted seller support,

they told me to wait for resolutions. waited for 3 months, they kept ignoring us.

WHO TO TRUST NOW? EVEN AMAZON SELLER SUPPORT AND THIS FORUM IS PROVING TO BE USELESS AFTERALL

I have been denied a SAFE-T claim with the reason that "You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims."

I had shipped 25 products in a order and 5 received back a different item in return.
