On August 4, 2025, we will launch a simplified seller feedback submission experience, so customers can give a star-only rating with optional written feedback. This simplified review experience can help you receive more seller ratings faster.

Honest and authentic star ratings are an important way for customers to know how past order experiences were perceived by other customers. To make it easier for customers to submit ratings, we are making written feedback optional, which will help increase rating submissions and give customers more information to confidently make purchase decisions.

When customers submit seller feedback with or without text, we automatically look for signs of abuse and evaluate them against our community guidelines. When there is no text, the feedback appeal feature in Feedback Manager will be disabled for all star-only rating reviews. If you believe that the star-only rating violates our community guidelines, you can request additional review through Report a violation.

Amazon is not Picking up our orders

We recently listed our products on Amazon and received 5–10 orders. We scheduled pickups for all of them, but no delivery personnel ever showed up for the first order. Assuming it was a one-off issue, we contacted customer care. Instead of connecting us to the delivery partner or providing a real resolution, they simply asked us to fill out a missed pickup form.

We complied and filled the form—not once, but over 100 times. Still, nothing happened. No one from customer service followed up, and we never received a call from any delivery person. Eventually, the order was automatically canceled.

To make matters worse, when we first reached out to the Amazon Seller Support team for help, instead of guiding us on the pickup issue, they insisted we create an ad account—even though it was completely irrelevant to our problem. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually solving our issue.

This same pickup failure happened with every order after that. We even managed to get in touch with Amazon’s logistics contact number, but it connects to different delivery agents each time. If they pick up the call, we’re told someone is coming or that the pickup will happen soon—but nothing ever happens.

We’re exhausted and extremely frustrated by this ongoing issue. Now, customer care is once again telling us to fill out the missed pickup form and promising a feedback form afterward—but after filling it over 200 times, we know that form never appears.

The entire process feels broken, and we need a real, actionable solution—not automated responses, empty promises, and irrelevant diversions.

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I am facing a repeated error while trying to list my products under my approved brand “Brand Boy-Fashion.” During the listing process, I entered valid numeric values (e.g., 650, 750) in the “Your Price” and “Sale Price” fields, but I keep receiving the following error:

Attribute 'purchasable_offer.our_price' does not have the expected value(s)

Here’s what I have already tried:

Entered only plain numbers without currency symbols or commas

Removed the Sale Price fields and tried again

Manually reselected “Item Condition” as “New”

Ensured that the quantity is more than 1

Verified that the price is well above ₹50

Despite all these corrections, the error continues to appear and is preventing me from submitting my product listings.

I kindly request your help in identifying the root cause of this issue and guiding me on how to resolve it. Please check if there is any backend validation or account-specific restriction that’s affecting the price field.

Here are some listings with Tranexamic Acid that are some of the best sellers on Amazon. But we are getting mixed information on it, that it is a restricted, prescription ingredient. Almost everyone we know who created a listing with Tranexamic acid got deactivated with a message that Tranexamic acid is a prescription drug..

Can someone tell us what the exact status of Tranexamic acid is, restricted or not? If not, what is the maximum allowed %age in face serums?

discussion.it was not clear how much commission charges on any product.

Our personal manager not justify about charges,extra fees..how much I earned.

I'm confused. Should I continue with small loses or leave this platform.

logistics partner not coming to pick up. our order is cancelled due to negligence of logistics person. we are losing referal fee.
