I’m beyond frustrated right now.

All my orders were packed, labeled, and ready for pickup well before the scheduled time. But the Easy Ship pickup guy just didn’t show up. Not once, multiple times. And what do I get in return? Delayed shipments, lost Buy Box, and now a deactivated account.

Every single time a pickup was missed, I diligently filled the "Missed Pickup" form, hoping Amazon would do the right thing. But what’s the point? It’s an absolute joke. The form clearly has no impact. It's just there to make us feel like we’re doing something when in reality the system doesn’t care. And now, despite doing everything right from my end, I’ve lost sales, lost ranking, and got my account suspended.

Customer support? Completely helpless. All they say is: "We understand your concern, but this is as per the algorithm..." Seriously? An algorithm gets to decide my business fate? Why should we sellers be penalized for Amazon’s logistics partner's failure? I’m not the one who didn’t show up. I’m not the one who delayed the order. Yet, I’m being punished like I did something wrong. This isn’t just frustrating, it’s completely demoralizing. You put in the work, stay compliant, follow all rules, and still get crushed because someone else didn’t do their job. And there’s no escalation path that actually works.

If anyone’s found a real solution to this or had any luck getting their account reinstated after Easy Ship failures, please share. Right now, it just feels like shouting into a void.

We need accountability, Amazon.

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I am facing a repeated error while trying to list my products under my approved brand “Brand Boy-Fashion.” During the listing process, I entered valid numeric values (e.g., 650, 750) in the “Your Price” and “Sale Price” fields, but I keep receiving the following error:

Attribute 'purchasable_offer.our_price' does not have the expected value(s)

Here’s what I have already tried:

Entered only plain numbers without currency symbols or commas

Removed the Sale Price fields and tried again

Manually reselected “Item Condition” as “New”

Ensured that the quantity is more than 1

Verified that the price is well above ₹50

Despite all these corrections, the error continues to appear and is preventing me from submitting my product listings.

I kindly request your help in identifying the root cause of this issue and guiding me on how to resolve it. Please check if there is any backend validation or account-specific restriction that’s affecting the price field.

Case ID 11345946272, I am getting orders with 11 days late "Ship by date" this is affecting my sales. When I contacted seller support, I am being told the reason is because of On-Time Delivery Rate is less than 97 % I checked the report it show "2 Amazon easy ship" package . 2 out 6 delays are because of Amazon agent failed to deliver on time.

Why am I being marked down on Amazon shipping mistakes and delays, that is not in my control I gave the product on time to your delivery agent. WHY mark me down for Amazon ATC mistake? If they are not able to handle the load why blame seller?

Amazon is not Picking up our orders

We recently listed our products on Amazon and received 5–10 orders. We scheduled pickups for all of them, but no delivery personnel ever showed up for the first order. Assuming it was a one-off issue, we contacted customer care. Instead of connecting us to the delivery partner or providing a real resolution, they simply asked us to fill out a missed pickup form.

We complied and filled the form—not once, but over 100 times. Still, nothing happened. No one from customer service followed up, and we never received a call from any delivery person. Eventually, the order was automatically canceled.

To make matters worse, when we first reached out to the Amazon Seller Support team for help, instead of guiding us on the pickup issue, they insisted we create an ad account—even though it was completely irrelevant to our problem. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually solving our issue.

This same pickup failure happened with every order after that. We even managed to get in touch with Amazon’s logistics contact number, but it connects to different delivery agents each time. If they pick up the call, we’re told someone is coming or that the pickup will happen soon—but nothing ever happens.

We’re exhausted and extremely frustrated by this ongoing issue. Now, customer care is once again telling us to fill out the missed pickup form and promising a feedback form afterward—but after filling it over 200 times, we know that form never appears.

The entire process feels broken, and we need a real, actionable solution—not automated responses, empty promises, and irrelevant diversions.

I haven't received a single order in the last 30 hours due to some technical glitch. Seller support is telling me to talk to buyer support, and buyer support is telling me to talk to seller support. My account health is 316 points, STEP-advance, with a daily order average of 50+, and today suddenly zero orders. due to a technical issue great...........

Issue - My seller account is completely okay, all listings are live on the buyer portal, but whenever anyone tries to order any of my 700 ASINs, an error shows up: "It's rush hour and traffic is piling up on that page. Please try again in a short while. If you were trying to place an order, it will not have been processed at this time."

Easy ship missed pickup

Hi Amazon team,

Being a new seller from past many months we are struggling with easy ship delivery issues. No one comes to pickup and our orders are being cancelled regularly due to that. If possible please allow us to use self ship delivery Template as we are loosing customers and orders due to easy ship. We have sent mails also multiple times but haven’t received any responses. If this continues then we would be forced to stop selling our products on Amazon which is a platform trusted by many and would have to look for alternative platforms. Kindly provide a quick solution ASAP
