Amazon is running a big scam in its return, I send 10kgs of item and I get back 100 gram stick back but delivery charge was charged for 10kgs!

?????

But lets break it down, my procurement cost of the item was just 200 rupees, however the delivery cost was 370 one way + 370 back, but I did not get 10kg back, yet on the label it was written "10kgs"! Who actually benefited the most in this case? AMAZON! besides I do not know what will someone in amazon shipping do with 10kg of manure, I hope amazon warehouse has a lot of plants and they give it to them LOL

Even if I file a Safe-T Claim, I will get back maybe 100-200 back, but in reality I lost 370+370+200!

What can I do now? Keep selling here and hope for a profit one day? huh?

Easyship is Unsealing all RTO Parcels

From last 3 years I am noticing that Easyship guys are unsealing the RTO shipments and checking inside items and again repacking them with cello tapes.I don't know why they are doing like this. Every return of mine is unsealed, then packed again with cello tapes. Amazon should take strict action against these courier fellows. When product seal gets teared, we can't sell them again. Why they are checking all items, Is Amazon blind?. After complaining many times, why Amazon is not taking action against Easyship fellows?. They are checking all return parcels to steal costly items.

Pick up boy didnt come!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I am a new seller and was very excited to start my amazon journey, but unfortunately within 3-5 days i had the worse experince. I received good number of orders and kept the orders ready but the pick guy never showed up. I called him plenty of times every day but he never showed up and kept saying *I am coming in an hour or so*. This repeated for 3 days continously.

Now my every order is getting cancelled due to issues with Easy Ship pickup service.

I have raised this issue through seller support, but each time the only solution offered is a refund of cancellation charges.

My accountis at risk for deactivation now and they even charges for cancellation.

Please take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. It’s demotivating and frustating for new sellers who are trying to grow their business sincerely.

What are the other options for such cases? Why can't amazon provide quick solutions for such cases?

We have all been pretty critical of amazon in the discussions, but let us take a moment to appreciate them for the good stuff they are doing.

  • No other courier refunds the shipping charge in case of orders rejected by customers. Amazon does that.
  • Customer trust: People love shopping on Amazon as they know the company is customer-centric. This brings in more orders.
  • Unified shipping charges across the country, in the recent shipping charges update. This has been a blessing for a small seller like us as courier partners charge more than double and speed post of India post charges almost 1.5 times the easy ship charges.
  • Amazon easy ship has a very high delivery rate in comparison to other courier partners.
  • Zero referral fee across plenty of products if the selling price is <300, what a wonderful change.

One suggestion from us to Amazon is, handle RTO orders carefully. A lot of times, the RTO orders are damaged and are in no condition to be dispatched to another customer.

Agreed, there are many fronts in which amazon can improve, but overall, the experience has been pretty much solid for us.

Easy Ship Prime Packaging

Hi, I wanted to check if we can use the dark blue/black Amazon Prime-branded tape on our outer packaging instead of the standard white Amazon tape. Is this allowed for non-FBA shipments, or is it restricted exclusively to Amazon FBA?

I am an easy ship prime seller as of now.

Penalized for No Mistake of Mine

Hello Everyone - I hope you all are doing good. I started just 2 months back. In these months, I was able to send out 35 different deliverers (small products). Out of these 35, total 12 orders got impacted. 3 orders got cancelled because Amazon delivery agent decided not to show up. Similarly for other 9 orders, they were picked up late by 3 days again by ATS guy. I kept calling/messaging him every single day, filled so many Easy Pickup missed form. Then came the day last week (Wednesday) when

I first received a message from Amazon that my cancellation rate plus LDR (Late Dispatch Rate) is significantly high and offers will be removed. Following day i.e., Thursday, they removed "Add to Cart" button. I raised so many support cases, gave justification, provided screenshots and it took them 4 days to acknowledge and accept. With that my LDR and Cancellation metrics came back to previous state and fixed. I felt happy.

So in all this drama, I lost my 6 days of business because now "Add to Cart" button was missing and my products were kind of shadow banned with no way for customers to come and bother to buy by navigating deep inside the system when they can buy other products by simply clicking the same for other products.

With so much hope and passion, I started off here. With every order, we used to include hand-written thank you note for our customers. All our dreams have been shattered.

Despite my metrics is perfect with no deviation, still "Add to Cart" button option is snatched from me. This is second week going on. When I reached out to customer care, they told me to wait and just wait as even they do not know when will I get the button back.

I just looking into hopelessness. With 0 sale in last 10 days with no prospect and visibility and most importantly no solution and assurance in sight, I am planning to close my account from here and just forget about this episode.

I am so helpless right now so thought of writing my ordeal here just to know if anyone of you also faced similar painful experience here.
